~Ema's Children~

Aemu is a samurai turned shinobi and a citizen of the hidden leaf village, he cut ties with the Fujiwara clan after his sister's were both arranged out of the clan. He works for T&I, he noted to be kinda surly, but Ibiki is fond of him- he is the oldest of Ema's children, he is about five years older than Youmu. He went premature gray on the one side from stress. The first thing he did when he got to Konoha was buzz his hair, it grew in gray and more wavy than it had been previously. The mark on his face is either a birthmark or a burn scar but I haven't settled on which one yet

Youmu is well herself, she is a particular girl who was married young and then later remarried for political gain for the Fujiwara clan. For most of her life her natural color was dyed over black, as in the Fujiwara clan having white hair is considered a bad omen and such. She had a rough early life as a result of this thing beyond her control - she is a master at both go and shogi, and does have samurai training and is decently skilled with a sword, however her greatest skill is her hyper intelligence

Tomu is a year younger than her sister, her birth coincides with their mother's death but her sibling do not hold that against her. Ema's children were close growing up choosing to relay on each other in the hostile environment they called home. She was a shy and timid child. Tomu is married to mid rank samurai lord, she lives in the capital of the land of fire and is very happy with her life. Her husband is a good and decent man and rather protective of her, they have one child and don't necessarily have plans to have more. Tomu got her grandfather's snake/cat eyes

The Amano & Namikaze clans are closely related as Maeru and Mitsuo are brothers

forgot i made Wataru's daughter Misaki and had to add the Hatake clan to the tree i reverted this back to not include that, i need to sit on it for a while actually, because i'd originally imagined Wataru being younger so it doesn't work, and I don't want to change to much from how I have them set up in dwell edit: Ryousei is Misaki's father he was the right age (somewhere between 69-75ish at canon start) and isn't around (thought to be dead) which explains why Kakashi knows nothing about him in both aus lol

the only things with this that change in dwell are - Izuku is dead, Minato was with Kushina(so no anzu and ume), and Natsuko probably doesn't exist in the dwell universe

Ryousei is a rule breaker (he's too smart for rules or something and generally thinks its better to just be alone and do his own thing, is incredibly skilled with the sword and is one of few non-shinobi's to have a flee on sight in all shinobi nations, would not want to come upon this man in the dark)

Muin is Dan and his sibling's mother, she's the only kid to have gotten her mother's light colored hair and she gave it to her son, Muin likes bugs and plants and runs an apothecary shop until her death

Ema's daughter Youmu is a year older than Minato, Ema was kindhearted and full of warmth, she was a daddy's girl, she was skilled at go and shogi like her parents, but because of her frail body she was never trained for combat

Wataru is a mama's boy, he and Aasa are familiar with one another as samurai guards to the land of fire daimyo, he likes cats, and has no real interest sex, love, and romance(he is demisexual)- he later marries a courtesan under the same guise as his mother's "i'll only marry someone who can beat me at go or shogi", they have one child and at some point move to konoha

working on this for dwell, but also the expansion of saplings will include some of these characters sooo

Ryousei and Wataru basically look identical to their father, which i why I haven't drawn them

Maeru and Yuuna are the same age (thereabout) as the founder gen, and have been married since they were like 17-18ish, it was the warring states era, he was a samurai who is a certified genius and was a master strategist- Yuuna told her father she would only marry a man who could beat her at go or shogi, and that man just happened to be Maeru, they have a happy marriage and eventually grow to love one another, Yuuna dies first, Maeru has a stroke at some point and becomes paralyzed on one side but he lives til about the third war era

Muin is Dan's mother, she wasn't satisfied with her life as the eldest daughter of a dying samurai clan- dying because their was a disagreement with the Amano clan at large that led to both Maeru and Mitsuo leaving iron and living in fire. *Mitsuo went all the way to konoha because he had no ties, but Yuuna asked that she and Maeru stay close to her family if they could, and since they still had decent standings with her clan and lord father they stayed on the border, which is where he ultimately comes into acquaintance with **Taizen and his wives, and later how his daughter Ema meets and marries the future head of the last real samurai clan in the land of fire, Lord Fujiwara. Which sadly is the eventual cause of her death, as her body cannot handle child rearing and after giving birth to a child with white hair which is taboo/superstition/bad omen thing in the fujiwara clan, she is guilted into trying again and it kills her.

*Maeru and my oc Namikaze Mitsuo are brothers, Maeru is older, and yes that does mean that Youmu is related to Minato- if my cousin math is right they are second cousins once removed

**Youmu's first husband, actually a decent human, treats her more like a daughter, she considers him to be her father
