Inframe : Chocolate Truffle . . . || Recipe || Ingredients: 225 gm dark chocolate 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla essence How to make it? > Bring cream to simmer and pour hot on the chocolate. > Let it sit for 2-3 minutes. > Add vanilla essence. > Then stir until Smooth. > Refrigerate until set (minimum one hour) . > Once it is set, scoop out a small portion out of the chocolate mixture and shape it into small balls. > Once all the balls are ready refrigerate again for 20-30 minutes. > After 20 minutes roll the balls again to create smooth texture. > Then coat them into cocoa powder, crushed nuts, dessicated coconut or chocolates sprinkles.
