Brief job responsibility
The incumbent is responsible for maintenance and continuous improvement of the Environment Product Quality System and support to MR function in implementing and following up quality improvement programs, coordination of certification to ISO 9001and ISO TS 16949 throughout the plant and to establish effective internal audit management system
The incumbent represents the quality management system in dealing with customers, coordinates customer audits, and conducts internal quality audits. The management of the usage of forbidden and restricted substances is also under quality management responsibility.
Specific Duties:
EPQM
To device, implement, Co-ordinate, review and maintain the EPQ System based on corporate and divisional Policy/Guidelines.
Identify and prepare necessary procedures/Work Instruction for EPQM activities.
Identifying training needs and competencies for EPQ for different functions along with department heads. Prepare the training plan along with Human Resources Department and provide trainings.
Define the necessary plans to achieve the EPQM objectives
Communicate changes that could affect EPQM system.
Management of Customer request for EPQ related requirement and report on monthly basis to TQ
Communicate and Inform internally new updates on Regulation / Customer requirements.
Coordination during Product Assessment between different functions.
QM function
To Control Document Management System.
To prepare and execute internal audit plans/schedules
To develop system for identification of customer specific requirements and implementation within the plant.
Ensure compliance to corporate guidelines, BG procedures.
To prepare MIS report for Q-indicators.
To prepare half yearly QM review report for the plant.
