I love Lance! I tend to like characters that are mischievous and usually a little dumb, so Lance fit this pretty well. I'm also a sucker for angst, so when the insecurities started to show I fell even more in love with him! Soon after watching Voltron, I had to start school in an entire different state. Let me tell you, this school is the most horrific hell nightmare I have ever experienced. This hit me hard and my mental health has been suffering, but Lance has 110% helped me cope better.
I’m paying this tax twice because there is a character limit and I had to summarize in my last ask. So, just saying that I love him, he makes me feel better and cope, and I relate to his insecurities. I am 120% a Lance stan who loves him dearly. I love how he’s secretly the glue that holds the team together. I love how he is there for everyone even though oftentimes to do so, he has to push aside his insecurities (I relate). And overall, I love his flirty, extra, over the top personality!
Homeboy is so relatable, let me tell you. I think everyone can relate to not feeling good enough. For me, it was definitely the seventh wheel thing and not really having a special skill, because I’ve always felt that way about myself. And when that episode first aired in s2, I just broke for him because I knew exactly how he was feeling.
