Remember tomorrow (Dec.6) 9GOATS BLACK OUT will be on the program 'V no ryuugi' (Vの流儀) on Tokyo TV (テレビ東京) with a live recording of their concert on November 23rd from their coupling tour 'Ambient circus'. The program will be aired at 2.30 h. (at night).
If you live outside Japan and you wanna see them, you can use keyhole TV.
