Every DAMN TIME I think about how Rebbeca put into mind the properties of crystals I SMILE SO MUCH

Like,

Garnets symbolize vitality in all forms like strength, succsess, fertility, and warmth just like our stronk baby!!!1!!1! I also remember something about garnets enhancing the effect of other crystals too, but maybe thats jade lmao.

Amethysts are known to lessen unruly behaviour (like our chill purple chicken nugget)

Pearls (white pearls/white diamonds ex pearl lmao) calm extreme situations down, and encourage change (just like how pearl herself had to get over pink being gone and that change) and also an added one with healing functions, pearls help us focus on the core of ourselves: to understand who we aren't and who we are (just like how pearl thought her purpose was ONLY to serve pink, but then after a while became her own person)

Peridots protect from bad forces and influences (im guessing thats apart of the yellow diamond gag)

Lapis (in Egypt) was thought to help with melancholy, and intensify intuition (lapis randomly vanishing out of fear and stuff im guessing) and mental clarity (lapis was hella confused about herself and self conscious about her actions and stuff so im guessing thats where thats from). (*clap clap* BONUS THINGY) Lapis is also associated with truth, justice, and balance (her wanting to get revenge on the gems for trapping her in a mirror and her trapping jasper n stuff lmao idk)

Rose quartz symbolizes love, trust, and opening up more (Steven and his loving and caring personality, rose and her love for all things etc, also TAKE A MOMENT TO THINK OF JUST, FLEXIBILITY LOVE AND TRUST). Rose quartz fosters an appreciation of pretty things and inspires feelings of love and friendship (perfectly rose and steven!)

So pretty much rebecca is a genius thanks for coming to my ted talk
