going into another depression-fueled reading spiral lads. went down the jontim fanfic rabbit hole again and my god. the grip these two have on my brain rn

found out that unfuck your habitat actually had a book out and looked it up, all hyped up, only to see the desc comparing it to the life-changing magic of tidying up. eugh. it immediately put my hackles up bc 9 times out of 10 when books try to tout themselves as better than konmari the authors are talking out of their asses

i'm still gonna give it a read to see if it's got anything good, i'm just a Lot more wary of it now. makes me sad since UFYH was the main system i used when i was majorly depressed in high school 😔

just heard abt the executioner and her way of life and i've got high hopes for it from the premise 👀 might read the light novels and then watch the anime if i dig it

that time of the year again where i have to overhaul my manga library completely because a major aite went down

also a "neat" lil pattern abt myself i've noticed: i usually get deep into a reading binge + posting here when i'm in the throes of a depression spiral. my good ol' coping mechanisms. i do wanna break out of that habit and read/post intensely when i'm Not feeling like shit but it's the fallback atm
