Well more ‘New’ Pleasantview, because I’m kinda departing from the orignal look in the Sims 2, but yeah... a version of Pleasantview in the Sims 3... with a version of Darren Dreamer’s house (and eventually a Darren Dreamer sim to live in it :-) )

Ohhh, pretty! Will we be getting closeup shots of the individual lots? I'm particularly interested in the garden since I'm supposed to be making one myself but I'm kinda stumped for ideas...

Yep, I also struggle with gardens and I stole my ideas directly from the garden at Hampton Court in this case.

It’s nothing super special, but I’ll post pics soon though, there are just SO many to take...

Woot! You are about to crown a monarch, awesome!

I knowwwwww! It’s only taken 3, almost 4 years of playing for me to reach this far! I’m in the process of shopping for crowns as we speak and already have my King ready to go thanks to @esotheria-sims :) I’m excited! I have to say, I haven’t fully thought through what the duties of a monarch will be, but I’m pretty sure I’ll come up with something!

Hi, I need help lol

For those of you that remember my default replacement harvestable tree (which also happens to be my first default replacement mod), @technicallyswagpizza and @amphoraesims found that the tree disappears for certain people when you’re too far away from it.

I’m unsure if my DF harvestable bush also has this issue.

The thing is, on my end, I don’t really know how to fix it because I can’t replicate the issue on my test worlds. In the following photo, this is the farthest my trees stay visible in Live Mode at an aerial angle. They disappear when I scroll my mouse even further, at the same time that other objects such as the lot mailbox do.

Maybe someone can also have a look at the package file and tell me what I should do to fix this? I’d appreciate it a lot because I still have a lot to learn when it comes to making CC for this dinosaur of a game lol

ohhhhhh I love this place!

thank you! I just needed a bar and the next thing I knew it was - that. But if I’m going to do it, I might as well do it all the way. I was basically building a ‘if I was sucked into the sims and living in Riverview what would I want to keep me entertained’ and things just went downhill from there.

It looks great!! Hope you'll find the fix. Maybe take a look at the resource key and make sure the dds is correctly linked. I've seen the overlay disappeared when making the clothesline.

I wish it was the tiling because that would be an easy fix. TSRW has done something funky to the package file. In game if you use the recolor tool the object looks fine but when you go back to live mode it goes blurry. It’s really weird. I’ll check the resource key and see if that fixes it. If it doesn’t then I have another work around that I think will work and can be used with the deco version of the Kiosk.
