ok time to make up some stuff as by name he speaks dutch his clock eye does actually work as a clock but course he cant see through it how fun he can actually see through his window eye though but thats a given
the main color of him, brown, is color picked from the bricks of his reference (see bottom), and hence he feels like bricks despite his look here hes on the grumpier side. knows a ton of stuff about the netherlands as his design is based on the rijksmuseum (bottom again) their collar is colord after the netherlands flag (duh) he/they alright anyways the rijksmuseum, what theyre based off of
