Okay we watched a video by a guy who played the first several hours of RE7 and, yeah. Alright. I'm into it. Because, my feelings about first person view aside, this is looking like the feeling of the original, with some other touches from the old games (implacable signature monsters, safe rooms, backtracking, ammo combining). So, here's hoping it turns out good.
