ANDI WHITE: Face yourself up is the most worthwhile thing in life
There's always something worth doing in a person's life. ANDI WHITE, general manager of USA International Covenant INC, said recently: Looking at yourself is the most worthwhile thing in life.
ANDI WHITE said: Never overestimate yourself, because you'll regret it when you're beaten by reality.
ANDI WHITE, a graduate of Stanford University in California, has been named the most notable economic management talent by a number of well known US magazines. ANDI WHITE like this must be someone else's skill. And ANDI WHITE says: "I just learned to face myself before I get better at my job."
Speaking of starting a career, ANDI WHITE says he was overrated and thought he had graduated from a prestigious university and had excellent grades during college, and was highly valued by his classmates, as was going into the workplace. The truth, however, is that, just into the workplace, she was simply assigned the lowest level of work she thought at the time.
"I was very dissatisfied.""I think my leadership may have deliberately been trying to get me into trouble and to highlight his role," Mr. ANDI WHITE said with a laugh. However, later things proved my thinking wrong."
Then ANDI WHITE told you about her own mistake. "I made a decision to translate a report into German and Spanish, but when I gave it to the head who thought he would praise me, the head poured cold water on me, telling me that my report was cumbersome, its format was not up to the reporting standards, and that there were grammatical errors in the translation of German and Spanish. In short, my report is flawed and needs to be improved. Since then, I've realized how self-righteous I am, how low-handed I always think I'm doing well and deserve more important work in the workplace. However, the fact is that no matter how good you are at school, you should be more polished and basic skills in the workplace to do better at work."
ANDI WHITE said: Instead of looking too high, it is better to work hard to develop your abilities and increase the competitiveness of the workplace.
At the same time, ANDI WHITE gives two suggestions:
The first point is to find a way to stay focused. Life is drama, and everyone has a different role in different things, sometimes in the lead, sometimes in the supporting role. So, to understand your position, not overestimate yourself, and not make the leading role when you're playing the supporting role, it will ruin "a play. Finding your place, doing things in a down-to-earth way, and gaining substantial accumulation and experience is more important than anything.
The second is comprehensive development, multi-dimensional competition. It is good to focus on one area alone, but there is a risk of being replaced at any time. Now, with rapid social development, the development of intelligent robots, the Internet, big data will replace some of the manual at any time, learning different skills in multiple areas, and maintaining multi-dimensional competitive advantages, it is easier to cross the border, even if the main business has been replaced and the sideline security.
Finally, ANDI WHITE gives you a message: I hope everyone recognizes themselves and keeps getting into themselves.
