Royal Residence Shell Series · Elizabethan Estate · 64x64 · CC Links

This shell is fully decorated on the outside and blank except for door placement/stairs on the interior. The build is Elizabethan in style, inspired by English country houses such as Wollaton Hall and Burghley House built during the late 16th/early 17th centuries during the reign of Elizabeth I. Could be the perfect ducal seat for your Henford aristocracy!

I recommend browsing sets from @felixandresims, @anachrosims, @thejim07, and @lilis-palace as these creators are known for their beautiful historical build/buy content! Suggested floor plan above - wherever you see a 4-tile length bump out in the wall, that's where I'd put a fireplace.

Vintage Steamboat · 50x50 · CC Linked

This steamboat, inspired by the SS Sudan and Agatha Christie’s Death on the Nile, has two second-class cabins, one luxurious first-class cabin, crew/captain’s quarters, galley, storage, an interior lounge, dining room, and bonus open air bar and lounge on the top deck.

Furnished with 1930’s Art Deco style and inspired by Egypt, this boat could be a boutique hotel, bar, restaurant, or private residence for your Sims.

Special shout out to @lilis-palace who created so much of the beautiful vintage CC in this build. Links to her sets (and all the CC used) are included below.

Royal Residence Shell Series · Moorish Alcazar · 50x50 · CC Links

This palace is of course inspired by the Alhambra, incorporating some traditional fortress elements with beautiful Moorish Islamic architecture. The entire front of the palace functions as a more public space, while the rear half is where the ruler and their family have their more private spaces.

Royal Residence Shell Series · Downton Abbey (Highclere Castle) · 64x64 · CC Links

Well, the time is here! I spent some time significantly reworking my Downton build to accurately reflect the floor plan of the real Highclere castle (as much as possible, anyway) while including an altered version of a servants' wing so you can live out your best Downton fantasy. First off, Highclere is massive. The floorplan is condensed as a result - with the limit of 4 floors and a 64x64 lot, there's only so many spaces you can include. The ground floor is essentially what you see in the show... while I've had to get more creative with the servant spaces. The lack of basement windows and limit on floors means that the servants wing is now a separate cluster of buildings rather than a raised basement area - as at the real Highclere - but I think I have most of the basics from the show covered (the servant areas were filmed at a studio set anyway). This website was absolutely essential for my understanding of the floor plan! It's a great resource.

Beach Club WIP

I looove this concept. Building a house on this Tartosa beach lot seems weird, but a beach club makes sense. The only difficulty is choosing a color palette - ultimately I wanted yellow and green, and who knows, maybe I'll return to that scheme, but for now this one is 'The Orange Grove.' On one side, cocktails, on the other, an espresso bar!

Bramblewood Hall: A Scots Baronial Estate

Bramblewood Hall is a grand Scots Baronial estate located in Henford-on-Bagley. Finished with beautiful wainscoting and Highland-inspired touches, the property includes eight spacious bedrooms, seven and a half baths, a library, conservatory, courtyard, lovingly cultivated gardens, game larder, and separate staff cottage.

Wow, did it take me a while to do this one... but I absolutely love it. I could probably renovate this one for a long time... in the folder below, you'll find links to the tray files (both furnished and unfurnished), my CC used is included as well. Be sure to open the Readme file for CC and packs required!

Fun little preview!

Build perhaps to be shared in honor of the finale? It's been fun working on the inside... of course, the entire staff wing of the estate is too big to be included even on a 64x64 lot, so it'll be more like Downton-inspired than a real true representation of Highclere's layout... but at least I can get the basement kitchen and servant's hall in there!
