First caption and planning on doing more!! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!

Valerie's New Year's Resolutions

1: Practice makeup at least 3 times a week especially eye makeup since it makes or breaks the whole look.

2: Work out regularly at least 3-4 times a week for my figure focusing on legs, core, posture, and softness for key features. Were here to tone up not build

3: Do yoga or stretching 2–4 times a week to improve my flexibility and grace.

4: Keep a consistent shaving and grooming schedule instead of leaving it last minute. (Eyebrows down) Just like a workout schedule its easier if were consistent at all times

5: Moisturize daily, full body, soft skin is part of my discipline. As mentioned before be consistent

6: Practice walking, posture, and balance in my feminine footwear of choice at least once a week. Pain is pleasure ladies and our feet will eventually adapt to it

7: Plan my outfits ahead of time so I'm dressing intentionally, not randomly. Right before we get into bed get your clothes ready for the next day even if its just your girlie nightwear for the next night. Its another thing for us to look forward too

8: Take one weekly progress photo or mirror check in to track your glow up. The image we see at first might not be what we envision right away but we all have a starting point build off of

Maintain a night time self care routine (skincare, lotion, lip balm, wear something soft).

10. And finally commit to getting a bellybutton piercing as a reward for staying consistent with my resolutions. Babe as I talked about before hoping we do this one together hehe

Well so ends a great year with many changes i embraced and finding 2 amazing girlies i can open up to all time about anything. I know with their help and push i can stick to these guides and transform myself closer to my inner feminine doll. Cheers everyone!!!
