The weekend was over, and Monday was another school day of course. Nico was waiting on it, as he knew Andy Bachman would confront him...he did before the first class even started...

ANDY- “Boedell!!!  You are going to pay for whatever the fuck it was you did to me up there on the Bluffs the other night....I was out of it all weekend. I am going to give you a real working over... (he drew a fist and started to punch Nico in the face.)

NICO- “I would think twice about that Andy...(Nico focused his attention on Andy’s fist coming straight at his face)

Andy’s punch froze in mid punch. He tried to push it toward’s Nico, but to no avail. His entire arm was froze...

ANDY- WTF!!!??

NICO- “Remember what you promised, Bachman...I am going to watch you, and next time I will do more than just cause you to levitate...”

ANDY- “Don’t you worry Boedell, I am not coming near you or your freaky friends..You are crazy..”

NICO- “ You got that right, Andy, I AM CRAZY....most powerful witches are.”

ANDY- “Go to hell Boedell....

Andy walked down the hall and into his classroom.  Nico knew he wasn’t going to need to worry about Andy Bachman again...

LENNON- “They are the Bachman brothers, and one word describes both of them...asshole. Andy is the oldest, he is a senior, well actually he should have graduated last year but got expelled, so he is here for two semesters just to get the credits he needs to graduate.”

NICO- “Why was he expelled?”

LENNON- “Set the bathroom on fire with a joint, the whole school smelled like weed for days.”

NICO- “And they let him come back? I thought this was an elite private school.”

LENNON- “It is, but his dad is the Mayor.”

NICO- “Oh...I see now, and his brother?”

LENNON- “That’s Cody, he is not as bad ass as his brother, he is more of his brother’s minion...He is a junior, in my class. They are both entitled assholes. I mean most of us here come from well to do homes, but we have had proper discipline...not them. It would be best to just try to stay out of their line of fire. Don’t give them any reason to harass you.”

NICO- “Trust me, I will remember it. I will keep my eyes on you, Andy.”

ANDY- “Just what does THAT mean Newbie Nico?”

NICO- “It means exactly what I said.”

Dr. White sees them in the hall...

DR.WHITE- “Boedell, Bachman, you both should be in class, I think it would be in both of your best interests to get there...”

ANDY- “Saved by the psycho doctor. You are lucky Newbie Nico.”

NICO- “Thats your opinion.”

ANDY- “Whatever the hell that means, you are fucking weird...”

Andy walks away and heads into the classroom, Apparently they have the first class together, as he went into the classroom where Nico was supposed to go.

As Nico walks to the last open desk, Andy glares at him. The desk happens to be right across from his...

ANDY- “Lookie here..If it isn’t my newest friend, Newbie Nico....”

NICO- “Trust me, Andy, we are not, nor ever will be friends.”

ANDY- “What a shame...we could be really good friends, Boedell. By the way, I like your tattoos, and your shirt. Was you a peeping Tom and looking in my bedroom window watching me get dressed?”

NICO- “Yeah right...you wish.”

ANDY- “Ha, this is going to be fun, at least for two semesters. I have an object of affection...”

NICO- “Yeah, fun. We will see.”

Nico takes a seat, Andy continues to harass, but Nico ignores him and looks straight ahead, waiting for Dr. White to come in and start the class.
