Routine Test
I made it through my first week at orange theory fitness. Really enjoying the workouts and I believe I’m going to get the results I want. Burned like 2,400 calories this week!
This week was great to start because I was working from home for essentially half of it (in the Baltimore for work for the other half). Which made me feel better going on this business trip because I worked out so much beforehand.
Weighed in yesterday and lost like .3 pounds..which not too bad considering my diet this week. Hoping to shave off a few pounds by this Saturday.
This week will really be the test here...I will be in the office all week which means I don't get home till 630 which means I got to drag my ass to 8 pm workout class for the next two nights in a row...
If I survive this week that means my routine is officially established!
Now more than ever I really need to do this for me. I am so burnout from work and travel. I really need to make sure I am doing something for myself. Gotta keep up my mental health as well and make sure I’m doing my anxiety checks and exercises.
Must be going around because after talking to some colleagues this week, everyone is feeling the stress and pressure. We came to the conclusion that we don't care that it is too early...we are all ready for Christmas (or holiday season). I am really wanting to see some f****in cheer lol. Bring on the joy, bring on the peace, love and warm fuzzies from a cup of hot cocoa and baileys.
I don't care if its too early or the fact that thanksgiving hasn't happened yet but I am adding all the cheesy Christmas netflix movies to my que. Will we see a Christmas Prince 2???/ God I hope so.
