My story of asexuality was just watching my friends all come out and sit there like "No I don't think anyone's cute, I'm not really interested. idek I'm probably straight." Then I was reading some really fucked up fanfiction and they talked about one of the characters being ace, and I looked it up, and that's when I found out that ace described me. Recently I had a romantic attraction+relationship but it ended really badly so I'm going to just stick with myself and evaluate for a bit.

I really love how much the internet has spread awareness of asexuality! I know a lot of people who have basically this exact experience.
