Hi. That's the Christmas themed episode from last season - 2.11 "Disorder". I've also tagged all the posts with episode numbers for future reference. As for your other question, I download my episodes by torrent usually, but some good sites include HD-BB and tehparadox. If your looking for a specific episode try Google instead. Search using the title and episode number and if you want 720p HDTV or if you want logofree, type in WEB-DL. Example: NCIS.Los.Angeles.S03E08.720p.HDTV or NCIS.Los.Angeles.S03E08.720p.WEB-DL. I think both seasons are also out in Blu-Ray if you want even better quality. If you need more help just ask me again I can try to find you some links.
