That is perfectly ok, hon! The club hasn’t had its first “meeting,” and won’t for a few weeks while I try to 1) Create a group blog where we can all have a landing spot and 2) while I learn Google Hangouts. If I’m not mistaken, it IS a video chat, but there’s a text chat attached to it? I think??? And if I’m SUPER not mistaken, you don’t have to enable your video or audio feed on Google Hangouts? So you’d be able to feel comfortable by just typing.
I’ve not used it before so I’ve got a bit of a learning curve to get over. However! If you’d like, I’d be more than happy to add your name to my list so that you’ll be notified in my followup blog post when I’ve got more details sorted :). This first jump was just seeing if there was interest in the Tumblr romance community to do something like this, so no pressure! :)
