[Unboxing] Sophie&Toffee September 2018 Premium Box

Hello there fellow readers!  Here’s another unboxing post of mine :D I hope you guys are not tired of my unboxing post yet XD since I’ve been posting only unboxing article these recent past months. BUT don’t worry! I’ll be expanding my article soon!  

As you guys know, I’ve been a regular subscriber of Sophie And Toffee Elves Box.  This time, I did not subscribe to their September Monthly Box (Japan Mania Theme) BUT I subscribe to their September Premium Box.  What’s the difference?  

Let us put them side by side for comparison.

Yes guys! You can spot the difference once you put them side by side (^_^) The Elves Box is Monthly Subscription (renews monthly) while The Premium Elves Box is Quarterly Subscription (renews quarterly). Elves Box is Theme Box while Premium Elves Box has no theme but purely craft supplies from Japan.  You get S&T exclusive supplies on the Elves Box while you get to have a premium and latest trend craft supplies from Japan.  Both includes worldwide shipping with each individual prices USD35 and USD49 respectively

So, without further ado, let the unboxing starts!

This is the September Premium Box! The First ever Premium Box of Sophie&Toffee.  They name it September Premium Box, Fall Edition.

First item we got here, is this Hitohada Gel in Milky White, 0 Hardness.  With this, you can make your own squishy item!  I’ve been eyeing for this item for so so long!  The reason why I haven’t bought it yet, is because I saw a lot of reviews, saying that this is not your ordinary handcraft items.  Why?  Because this is made for advance handcraft users.  This is a very tricky handcraft to work with.  Aside from that, this item is really really expensive.  Not like your usual AB / UV resin price and easy to work with.  That is why I do not purchase it yet is because of the price as well, hahahaha I do not want to risk it.  But! I got lucky that Sophie&Toffee include this on their first box! It was like fate brought me and Hitohada together XD Thanks to Sophie&Toffee for this!

Next line up is this Star Drop Gummy Resin from PADICO in 25g.  I was planning to purchase this few months ago, but due to that I cannot work with resin yet, the purchase did not push through and I thank you Sophie&Toffee again for bringing this in their box.

This Hole Maker was release few months ago by PADICO as well.  if you don’t have the mold with ready hole, now you can use this to make a hole on your resin work!

Alice in Wonderland Resin Clear Film, this is designed exclusively for Japan.

10pcs set of Crank Eye-pins.  This was also a recently release from PADICO as well.  I was never interested in this, so I never took the interest to purchase.  Since for me, I use eye pins and screw pins or bails for my resin.  But since this was included in the box, I might as well try this product and see how does it make difference from the eye pins, screw pins and bails, aside from and easy place on your resin during curing.

Resin polish cloth, I’ve seen this used by other resin crafters.  This as well, never did spark on me since I coat my work with resin to cover the flaws of my work.  Then again, since I have this, I might try this as well.

This concludes my unboxing of September 2018 Premium Elves Box.  You get 6 latest trendy exclusive items from Japan.

My Rating for this : ★★★★★/★★★★★ (5/5) Would I subscribe again? Yes, definitely! If I have many budget I would definitely subscribe this along with Sophie&Toffee Monthly Elves!  But my budget won’t permit me, so I have to choose either Monthly or Quarterly Subscription. Would I recommend this to others? If you are looking for latest handcraft release from Japan, then this Box is for you. 

Remember, this Box is totally different from their Monthly box.   Why?  Because this premium box, you cannot make something out from this box, unlike from their Monthly box.  For me, I think this box is also for handcrafters who have been doing this handcraft for quite sometime already, not because this is for advance handcraft users but more on, they have other supplies already that they can use and apply these on their other supplies.

Sophie&Toffee always have their sneak peaks every month before the release, so just follow them at Facebook or Instagram page to get updated!  But hey! if you have not subscribe to this box, don’t worry! The items are available in their online shop!

[Unboxing] Sophie&Toffee August 2018 Elves Box

Hello there lovely readers! Today is another unboxing writing!  Yes, as what you can see on the title.  Today will be about unboxing the Sophie & Toffee August Elves Box.  The theme is Kawaii Sweets!  This is a collaboration with Creative Rachy.  Who is Creative Rachy? She’s sa polymer clay Youtuber that I adore so much because her works are so cute and awesome!  And she’s also the one who inspire me to polymer clay =D You can click on the link I provide above to visit her cute page =D

So without futher ado, let us start! What’s inside in this August Kawaii Sweets Elves Box?

- 1 set of different sizes of dotting tools - 1 Acrylic Roller - 1 Pure White polymer clay

- 1 25g of Sophie & Toffee Clear UV Resin

- 1 pot of Silver Chrome Pigment

- 1pack of Bronze Eye pins [100pcs] Okay, just want to clear things out here. I had a conversation with Sophie&Toffee regarding this.  On the card, it says, Gold Eye pins, but they took the initiative to replace it with bronze eye pins and instead of delaying the shipments.  I just hope that other subbies don’t get upset or won’t making big fuss about this, why? because dang! this is just an eye pin! XD

- 6 sweet silicone mold

- 12 fruit clay slices

- 1 flower shape cookie cutter

- 12 pastel glitter

- 12 pastel chalks coloring

My Rating for this : ★★★★★/★★★★★ (5/5) Would I subscribe again? Yes, definitely! If I have many budget I would definitely subscribe every month! But my budget goes to their 1st ever Quarterly Premium Box this time [which i am so excited], so I skip the September Monthly Theme Box for the month of September. Would I recommend this to others? For the theme this month, if you like making polymer clay and related to sweet/food stuffs, I would recommend this box to the crafters to do these kind of stuffs.  Sophie&Toffee always have their sneak peaks every month before the release, so just follow them at Facebook or Instagram page to get updated!  But hey! if you have not subscribe to this box, don’t worry!
