Perdito Paradiso
Pluto found himself wondering how much of the devastation he’d been seeing was the fault of him and his brothers. He’d come across some forested areas here and there, and there had been some wildlife, but honestly nothing was really thriving. Just surviving.
At some point he’d really have to stop running and think about that, but being in motion was just too sweet to stop just yet. The high was still ridable and no puny wall was going to stop him.
There really had been a wall, improbably placed across the landscape. A good break-dash powered tackle had bust through it and Pluto was in an area that already looked greener. Looked healthier, cared for. Maybe there was still something worth chasing.”
