Hmm. Yes, but I don't see it as "stopping time". Your perception of time is something like a one-dimensional line. My abilities allow me to "walk away" from this line and look at it from "outside", without changing my "position" in the dimension of time; thus, I can simply "return to" the "timeline" after interactions in other dimensions. From your perspective, you would notice a "discontinuity", which you may interpret as "time stopping".

I recall one of the earliest times I used this power: once, poor Randy had become cosmically-empowered by Anglomois energy and gained time-stopping powers too. Our duel was cataclysmic, and near the end, he attempted to deliver the fatal blow by stopping time and crushing me in his steamroller mode. However, I too awakened my ability and was able to evade the attack and eventually purge him of the evil.

I must admit I was a bit overzealous in my use of these powers in my youth, failing to appreciate the immense strain they put on my physical body. There is no such thing as a second saved—only a second stolen. By the time I detected the Unicron Singularity, I had practically ceased using my abilities, unless the circumstances left me no other choice.
