This was the best snack EVER. Seared halloumi, from Washington's Lost Peacock Creamery, slathered in this Angry Fish Raspberry and Vanilla Bean jam. It was a textural gala with the squeak of the goat's cheese and the pop of the raspberry seeds. Not featured is the slightly effervescent Vinho Verde that washed it down and rounded it all out with its crisp, citrusy nuance. Have you guys tried Angry Fish jams?
