[#FOODTRIP] Memorable Garden-style dining at Marcia Adams' Restaurant (@marciasresto)! The #italian #porkchop was superb. Best level of seasoning we've tasted. The fennel, pepper and salt highlighted the softness and juicyness of the pork meat. Yes, it was soft and not just tender. The meat was almost as soft as the fat. And boy was the fat good. Clean fat taste with all of the seasonings. The porkchop was light despite its huge and thick size. Ganun sya kasarap! The #angussteak with #truffle butter was also seasoned really well. Even the marble potatoes had a different taste profile but the seasoning on it was excellent. The asparagus and the french beans were cooked well and had the right amount of butter taste. The meat was on the chewy side but it was not tough. The #bolognese was really delicious. The taste reminded us of Amare La Cucina's ragu bolognese but better. The pasta that came with it was #spaghettini and it really went well with the delicious sauce. We will definitely order it again. The #babaghanoush was delicious. It had a subdued eggplant taste but was refreshingly garlicky. The #hummus was good and was a bit spicy. Among the two, we preferred the baba ghanoush. The #friedbannas tasted like sliced maruya and the chocolate dip was the perfect dip for it. The #pannacotta was not too sweet and the #lemon sauce was a perfect sour contrast. The overall experience was great as the service was excellent although almost all of the customers would frequently ask the staff to take their pictures because the garden-style dining areas were artsy, charming and quaint. Everyone will definitely remember their lovely ambience.
