This recipe was shared with us by our foster carer Anita, who makes these treats regularly for all of her farmyard friends. From calves to ponies to guinea pigs, these cookies are enjoyed by all! INGREDIENTS 1 ½ cup rolled oats ½ cup flour (we suggest plain white, whole-wheat, buckwheat or chickpea, but any flour will work) ½ cup sunflower seeds ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds ¼ cup goji berries 1 tbs linseed meal mixed with 5 tbs warm water ¼ cup molasses METHOD 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper. 2. Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir until combined. 3. Add wet ingredients and stir until a 'cookie dough' forms. 3. Place heaped teaspoons of the dough onto the baking tray, sprinkle with goji berries and gently flatten with the back of a spoon. 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then allow to cool and share with your furry friends!
