To represent the changing of languages in my motion graphic, I chose to have the background image of the ‘desktop’ change to represent a well-known national landmark; in this case, Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy. In order to have the image fit into my more ‘motion graphics’ inspired style, I decided to use Adobe Photoshop’s pen tool to create a replica of the image.
This post contains (in order, left to right):
- Original image (x)
- Colour Palette
- Finished Replica
- Original Image with ‘desktop’ (used in animatic/storyboard)
- Replica with ‘desktop’
[Great Wall of China Version]
[Big Ben of England Version]
[Eiffel Tower of France Version]
