I needed an excuse to use a diff brush and my yeerk post was picking up again so

Anyways i think yeerks make little squeaky noises to echolocate. Pretty quiet but easy to hear if you're paying attention.

Yeerk variations + a yeerk waking up from a nap

Pancake slug yeerk- They are slower on land and in water than most other yeerks, but are able to flatten themselves out much more! They are often paired with hosts that have unusually large brains.

Leapord slug yeerk- Though mostly the same as a basic yeerk, they have a stockier and stronger build with larger and well defined spots.

Sea slug yeerks- Their different fins and bodies often help them swim faster than other yeerks, some of them are also capable of better camouflage.

Banana slug yeerk- These yeerks are much bigger than their kin, they are stronger, faster on land, but sometimes have trouble getting into hosts due to their size. Their colors are often lighter than other yeerks, which while only cosmetic, can cause some camouflage problems.

Orb yeerk- I think that yeerks who feel safe in their environment tend to rest in that slug orb position. Otherwise they just flatten out under somethin and snooze.
