Aerial view of #AnjanadriTemple ❤️ The #AnjaneyadriHill in #Hampi lies in the centre of #Anegondi area, #Karnataka state, India. It is believed to be the birthplace of #LordHanuman. According to Hindu mythology, #Hanuman was born to Anjana and thus Hanuman was also called as #Anjaneya, and his birthplace #Anjaneyadri (Anjana's Hill). The hill has a white washed #HanumanTemple at the top. It has about 575 steps. The view from the top is breathtaking as you see patches of paddy fields and the Hampi city ruins around. The temple has a rock carved idol of #LordHanuman.
