Hi! I love your story and your characters! I just want to let you know that I have noticed a lot of sexual comments about Anjelo and while I get it, it also seems the other ros don't get as many and it is kind of uncomfortable that a man of color is the one receiving most of the focus when it comes to sexual comments. It might just be that I tend to notice the posts about Anjelo more since he is my favorite, so if that is the case my bad, but if it isn't I just wanted to let you know

I'm sorry if that's the impression I've given to you but all I can really do is give you my word that it's not about his skin colour/race, I guess? It's because he's 6'4. built like a brick shithouse and the **bodyguard** which is a heavily romanticised 'look but don't touch' kind of trope... which is where the looking and longing and, yes, sexual comments/jokes are sprouting from lol.

I think Hope gets less of them because the core of their arc is SO angsty, but I also had to find like 3 separate half naked men for m!Hope so everyone had one they could think was hot cos MGK is an acquired taste so maybe not lol, Chris would get more but they're gender selectable as m/f which makes talking about them a little more broad because, like I've said, the gender aspect differs between the two, Samata is a more antagonistic role and the only canon female so I think I've probably been more cautious about sexualising her more than I have with anyone else? And Jamie has barely been talked about because they're meant to be a complete unknown but I think the thirst trap asks showed that they sexualise themself just fine lol.

That leaves poor Anjelo, the only canonical man, playing the role of big strong male protector who will literally sweep your MC off their feet and carry them to safety like they don't weigh anything and my heart gets all doki doki and makes me want to get all hearteyes at my beautiful gentle giant lol.

The actual content of his character and the way he's written should hopefully show that it's not a race thing? As a character he's probably the least sexualised out of anyone in the actual text? But until I've actually produced something you have no way of knowing that lol

So... yeah? I can stop with the jokes if the general consensus is that I'm offending people cos that's not my goal and I would prefer it if my idiot brain going 'ooo big strong man' didn't get me a label of 'vaguely racist connotations from this bitch' lol
