I feel like people wanting Eddie to get with Buck right away/asap after breaking up with Ana are missing The Point of his current arc???
He‘s clearly not ready for a relationship right now because of the trauma he went through, the views and constraints his parents and the outside world puts on him and his lack of self-worth. That‘s not to say he‘s undeserving of a relationship but that he has to figure out what he wants for himself, not what he believes Christopher wants/needs. So I think if Eddie rushed into anything it wouldn‘t last because he wouldn‘t be doing it for himself.
I hate med school, the next body people will analyze on my class is going to be mine because I can't take this shit anymore
I've been thinking of writing a fic where we see someone else's perspective of Dumbledore because there is, in my mind, a marked difference between how he acts with Gellert versus how he acts with everyone else and I rarely explore that. Gellert knows him, all the darker aspects of his personality, all his secrets, he's the only person he feels truly understands him so he doesn't have to put on an act and he doesn't have to hide anything, whereas when he is with others imo (and this is very apparent in HP books, plus the deleted FB2 scene where he's walking down the hallway with a miserable look on his face until Minerva starts talking to him and he smiles and acts like he's fine) he puts on a bit of a genial professor act to make people underestimate him or to put them at ease while simultaneously playing a complicated game of chess, giving people pushes to the right directions but withholding information from absolutely everyone until the time he deems it right to reveal it, and he can be quite ruthless at times if he deems it necessary for the "greater good" (see: how he deals with Snape. I would say that The Prince's Tale chapter is quite a good look on how he can act when he doesn't have the genial professor act on and is acting more like a war general.) That's not to say he isn't genuinely kind or that he puts an act on all the time obviously, just that he's rather multilayered as a character.
hi!!!! i absolutely loved your dr strange story and was wondering if you would ever write a part 2 for it? one where she calls him daddy, perhaps 👀 regardless, it was an incredible piece of work and thank you for sharing it with us!! have a good day ❤
Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed it.
I wasn’t before considering writing a second part, but with the incredible recent attention, it’s becoming a possibility. I’ll keep the possibility of a sequel open but it may take a while. x
