Today is the 72nd anniversary of the publication of the diary of Annelies Marie Frank, originally titled Het Achterhuis, after two years since the teen died in a concentration camp. It has since became a classic and was read by millions, and also today Anne Frank: The Collected Works, a newer edition that will(!!!) include all versions of her diary, her favorite quotations, letters that she wrote to her grandma that weren’t published before, family photo albums, and also including her Egypt scrapbook, will be published today!! But it is quite pricey, yet worth it!! Lastly, Liebe Kitty was published only in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for copyright reasons, and in Anne Frank: The Collected Works will feature the same exact manuscript that Anne wanted to publish in the first place!!
