Citta family successfully conducted an annual meet where the top performers of the organization were awarded for the unconditional support they have shown towards the organization. We also conducted a yearend review with the employees to evaluate the performance of the organization as a whole. Citta also conducted a one to one discussion session with the employees to review their performances and take feedback from the valuable employees here at Citta we believe that in an organization employees and the management go hand in hand and we as a family always want to make sure that every member of the family gets equal opportunity to get recognized in the organization and also get rewarded accordingly. We here at Citta believe in people engagement to get better and more productive results so all the members of the family participated in the annual meet to recognize their strength areas and also areas where can improve.
