Tom Holland x Sister!Reader, Holland Family X Sister!Reader, Harrison Osterfeild X Platonic!reader
Summary: Your brothers comfort you after you faint at Tom's wedding.
Warnings: mentions blood, a concussion, fainting, fluff.
Reader's age: 15
Request: Anon
A/n: Thank you for the request! Also so sorry bought the name though 🤣 also like I just made the bride an OC so ya.
It was all going good, you were stood behind your brothers in a row, Harrison was the best man, your brothers were groomsmen and you had the honor of being a grooms woman. You were just behind Paddy, as you watched your soon-to-be sister-in-law come down the aisle. Once her dad was by his seat the officiant started.
"Thank you, please be seated. Today we gather to lift Tom Holland and Amelia Williams up in celebration of ever-lasting love. In the presence of their beloved family and friends, Tom Holland and Amelia Williams will pronounce their love through this ceremony and begin a lifelong journey together."
"On this day, we offer gratitude for the blessings that have been bestowed upon Amelia and Tom. In this fast-spinning, always-changing world they have at last found peace and comfort in one another." He continued, you started swaying slightly feeling faint. You subtly leaned forward putting a hand on Paddy's shoulder in an attempt to hold yourself up as you watched the ceremony.
The ceremony was just about over and you were still feeling faint, you were still leaning on your older brother as the officiant finished: "By the power vested in me by the Universal Life Church Ministries, before your families and your friends, I now pronounce you lawfully and spiritually united Please seal your marriage with your first wedded kiss." Once they pulled away from the kiss and were about to walk down the aisle a loud thud was heard along with Paddy exclaiming help. Everyone turn to looked seeing you laying there unconscious, Paddy was already down by your side. Harry and Sam moved quickly to come to your sides followed by Harrison, Tom, Amelia and your parents. Most of the crowd was standing but no one came much closer.
"She's breathing." Sam announced. After a few seconds, you were opening your eyes.
"W-what happened? Why does my head hurt so much?" You asked your family.
"You fainted your okay." Dom said. "Give her a bit of space.
"Oh... Sorry." You mumbled putting your hand up to your head where it hurt.
"It's okay." Your sister in law said softly. You moved you hand back to looked at it wide eyed.
"I don't think that's good." You said out of it.
"Yeah, that isn't." Your mom gently moved your hair out of the way to look at what happened. "We need towels over here." She said to which Harry hurried off to grab some.
"I don't feel so good." You mumbled eyes closing.
"Woah no Tom don't let her close her eyes." Dom said.
"Hey look at me." Tom said, your eyes opened slightly seeing Tom and Haz standing there.
"Oh hi. Did I ruin the wedding?" You said your words slurred a bit.
"Paddy go get her water please." Harrison asked.
"No you didn't ruin the wedding bun." Tom assured. "Just keep your eyes on us."
"Okay." You smiled, "did I ruin my dress? I wiked it." You slurred. Sam chuckled from behind you where he was standing with your mom and dad, while they looked at your head. "It wasn't a joke!"
"Your dress is fine. Sam don't be such div." Harry said handing your mom the cloth.
"Yeah don't be such div." You looked at your brother and stuck your tongue out. Paddy finally came back with the water bottle and passed it to Tom.
"Y/n drink this. Mum is she okay?"
"I'm gonna take her to the hospital I'll keep you posted don't worry." Nikki said. "Dom help me get her up."
You took a sip from your water and looked at your sister-in-law. "I'm sorry." You said once again.
"It's okay." Tom and Amelia answered.
"If you say so I guess." You mumbled eyes closing.
"Y/n look at me." Harrison said catching it immediately.
"What I'm tired." You said glaring at the man.
"You got to stay awake." Sam said as he and Harry got you to your feet, Nikki still holding the cloth to your head.
———
You were back from the hospital just into time for the reception. Tom was the first to greet you of course as he was quite worried, Sam and Paddy were close behind along with Harrison. Harry and Dom went along with you and Nikki. Harry was there to hold the towel and make sure you stayed awake. You were stitched up and had a bandage on your head but otherwise, you were fine. The doctors chalked your faint up to you not eating or drink enough that day. Once you got liquids and a snack you started to get back to yourself but you were feeling super embarrassed and bad about fainting and taking the attention off of the newly weds.
"How are you feeling?" Amelia asked when you came into the venue the reception was being held in.
"I'm fine, I'm sorry about early." You said giving an apologetic smile.
"It's fine stop apologizing." Tom interjected. "You couldn't avoid it."
"Yeah, I guess." You mumbled though you were still embarrassed.
"It really wasn't that big of a deal. Your fine." Amelia assured you once again. You shrugged, before turning around noticing your other two brothers and Harrison standing there.
"Are you okay?" Paddy asked.
"I'm fine.." You mumbled. You didn't like the attention, now normally you'd love it since you are usually over shadowed by your brothers but today was supposed to be about Tom and his wife then you faint. It was the one day that you didn't want any attention on you.
"That's good." Sam smiled. You shrugged rolling your eyes.
"She's fine look still as sassy as usual." Harrison teased. He was like a fifth brother to you so you two acted like siblings.
"Shudup." You grumbled.
"Okay what's wrong?" Tom asked you as his wife walked off to do something.
"Nothing... Just fainting in public is embarrassing.. And fainting at a wedding more so." You mumbled. "And I still feel bad about taking the attention off of you and Amelia." You added.
"Oh y/n. No one's mad at you for fainting at our wedding." Tom assured you once again.
"Everyone is just glad your okay." Sam added on smiling at you.
"I guess..."
"Are we not going to talk about the fact she was talking like she's fainted in public before?" Harry inquired.
"No we are not." You said simply.
"Okay. But really it was funny." Paddy said, "and explained why you were leaning on me the whole ceremony."
"It was kinda funny." Harrison said chuckling.
"Oh woah you found my pain funny." You said jokingly.
"There your back to yourself! Yes now we have a reception to get to come on." Tom said giving you a quick hug before leaving to find his wife.
"So when have you fainted before?"
A/n: How was it? I'm not good at comforting people so writing it is semi-hard for me. Also, I think I wrote the wedding well... Idk I haven't been to one since I was 3. And I don't remember anything about that except walking up to a guy who I honestly know if he was the groom or the groom's brother. (The groom is an identical twin)
Hi, i love your works! Can i request for a bucky fic? Maybe where he's into y/n but thought y/n is into Sam? Thanks
A Good Plan
Bucky Barnes x Reader
Summary: Well what do we know? Sam got a plan.
Note: Yay! This is my Day 26 entry for @the-ss-horniest-book-club Lucky in Love, prompt is SUCCESS and I kinda thought it'll work well with this nonnie ask xD enjoy 💜
Sighing as you tried to make yourself comfortable as you can possibly be while strapped on a seat inside the quinjet stealing quick looks at the quiet and broody man beside you. Not realizing that Sam who's on the other side has been watching the two of you. Getting frustrated on how you two idiots kept on denying each other's feeling.
So he did what he does best. Annoy Barnes. The whole time while in the mission he did his best to be touchy and sweet to you knowing that a certain old man is peeking.
You on the other had was used to Sam being like this. You two are kind of close so it didn't bother you that he's acting silly. But not like this, he is being extra Sam and it bothered you.
"Whats up with you today bird brain?" You asked him. Staring at his annoying silly grinning face.
"I got a plan." He whispered winking at you.
"What plan? We just finished our mission." You said as the two of you started walking back to the waiting aircraft.
"Oh, just trust me. Its a good plan." He said and his arm went around your shoulder to keep you beside him. With an annoyed pout you just let him guide you. Your pout instantly melts when you got near the quinjet and saw bucky staring at the two of you. He got his serious look on his face again that yiu always find very sexy but not at this moment though.
His eyes didn't leave the two of you until you got inside and got strapped in for take off which made you frown. Did Sam do something stupid to him again? You're already used to their banters but somehow today feels different.
Elbowing Sam's side your tried to move your head near him.
"What did you do!?" You asked him but all he did was look at you and grinned.
"I told you, i have a plan." He said and winked.
You ignored Sam's annoying face the whole ride back and tried your best to not peak a Bucky in case he's Still looking. Just the idea that his eyes are on you gave you chills.
You didn't notice that you've landed not until you felt a tap on your shoulder.
"You okay Doll?" Bucky asked. He's standing infront of you trying to get a peak on your face. You nodded whike looking up at him with wide eyes.
"I-I'm good. Just tired I guess." You said, removing the straps off of you but your shaking hands aren't helping at all which made you curse.
Bucky saw your predicament and kneeled down infront of you to help you remove them. But isntead of leaving he stayed there holding the now loosened straps. His metal fingers rubbed the rough texture of it and sighed.
You stayed there in your seat not knowing what to do. Bucky looked bothered and it worries you
Holding his metal hand stopping him from rubbing the stap it was your turn to peak at his face. He's frowning, his eyes are glued on your hand holding his metal one.
"Sam's a great guy..." He said in a whisper that you almost didn't hear it properly.
"What do you mean?" You asked.
"I said he's abgreat guy and I'm happy for the both of you!" He said. His town a little sharp that you flinched a little. Seeing your reaction his face instantly softened and then he looked guilty. "I-I... I'm sorry Y/N. I dont know what gotten into me." He said defeated. He took his arm from your hold and brushed his hair back using it.
Now you can clearly see his flushed cheeks which made you grin wide. Now it's your turn to stare. Your eyes took in his face and how his eyes became unfocused under you gaze. Oh how cute! You thought.
"Are you jealous Sarge?" You asked, smirking at his reaction. His eyes went wide they look like they're about to pop off their socket and his cheeks went a lot redder.
"I-I...w-why would you ask me that." He said standing up fast. "I probably should head in. Steve is waiting for our report." He said and started brisk walking.
You couldn't help your hysterical giggles as you stood up to catch up on him.
"Admit ittt...." You said teasingly. "Jelly belly bucky~!" You said in a singsong tone. But he just continued walking straight. You continued you singing until you end up smacking your face in his muscled back.
Bucky turned around to look at you and your currently scrunched face. God his back is hard! You thought feeling a little sting on your nose.
"What if I am? Are you going to leave Sam and be with me?" He asked in all seriousness that it made you laugh so hard you almost end up on the floor. You and Sam? Oh Bucky... "Nevermind." He said grunting and was about to turn back again when you quickly pulled yourself back up to grab his arm halting his movement.
"There's never a Sam in this Bucky. Just you." you said and tiptoed to kiss his cheeks. Bucky looked down on you, shocked from both the kiss and what you said.
Just him? Him?? He couldn't believe it. His heart started beating so fast. He pulled you to his arms and hugged you tight yiu can hear his heartbeat but surely his super hearing can hear yours too.
"Just me..." He whispered. "Just You and me Doll face." He repeated and you nodded your head a wide smile spreading on your lips. God damn Sam got a good plan indeed. You thought.
Chapter 14: And So the Hunt Begins | Cal Kestis x Irele Skywalker
Requested by Anon
Summary: There is another! Years after young Anakin Skywalker departed Tatooine, his mother Shmi delivers a second child—this time, a daughter. Whilst the circumstance of the girl’s birth remains unexplained, Irele Skywalker has yet to choose the true path between those laid out for her.
A/N: I’m honestly a little worried about the story getting attention. There are times where I feel insecure and doubtful of the work I put out. A ton of questions come to me like “Has the story gotten boring?” and my answer to that is I sure hope not. If you’ve been following the story, looking forward to each chapter update, and you’re actually enjoying it, thank you so so much! That really means a lot to me. I try my best not to let the stress of work and personal life get in the way of my posting and especially my creativity. Please, guys, do me a small favor: let me know what you think of the story so far. 🙏🏻 As always, love lots 💜
Irele, along with HY-L33, bolted to the elevator lobby. The door opened to the hangar bay. The young girl’s strides were poised with urgency, she commanded the nearest captain to prepare her ship and a small unit of Stormtropers to accompany her.
“Ma’am, the 65th Squadron has already been deployed to Zeffo.”
“That’s Captain Kane’s squad.”
“Indeed,” the commander’s eye rolled to the side for a bit. “What’s left of them, at least.”
“Their transmissions mentioned a Jedi who cut them down by the numbers, and you’re satisfied with what’s left of them?”
“That’s… not my implication, my lady,” the commander blushed.
The commander then held his tongue. There was no way debating through that. Complacency and settling for less were neither minor or major offenses, though it makes one’s work efficiency and ethics seem questionable. The uniformed man hung his head in shame, hoping that Irele would not say another word and leave it at that.
A hangar operator cut in their conversation—or lack thereof—indicating that Irele’s light cruiser, the Obeisance, is ready to go. He got his unspoken wish.
“Jedi can be fools. But so is one who decides to underestimate them.” Irele lectured, serving mostly as a reminder to herself than an advice to the commander.
Nothing was further said. Irele hopped into the cruiser and her droid companion followed along. The pilot was already informed of their destination, so Irele had time to do some more “light reading.”
The small computer in her quarters provided the database of all the logs transmitted from various troopers and officers originating from several, different planets. Irele narrowed down her search about the Zeffo logs and skimmed the holos until there was mention of the Jedi.
She had a strong feeling that this incident in Zeffo has got something to do with the red-haired Jedi she eyed on during the briefing with the Inquisitors. Secretly, she had feared that one or two of them might have gotten there first, though they would have most likely gone for the more notorious survivors—Jedi masters and Padawan prodigies, for instance.
“What can be said about Zeffo, Haylee?”
“A small colony of humans reside in the continent just along the planet’s equator. Albeit a large landmass, the terrain is rather hostile—as 60% of the planet is water.”
“It is also a treasure chest of sorts—for the Emperor, at least, and other like-minded hoarders,” Irele added, the droid had nothing to comment. “Stay here in the Obeisance, Haylee, understand? I can’t have you in the line of fire down there.”
Irele was the first to alight the cruiser via her personal TIE Interceptor docked in the cruiser’s hangar. Riding behind her was the transport ship carrying the 77th Squadron. The transport landed first, melding with the remnants of the 65th, while Irele demanded the last known location of where the Jedi was found.
“Lady Irele, Captain CL-5857 reporting. Sending you the last reported coordinates of the Jedi.”
“Very good, Captain. My channel’s open for you now.”
The numbers instantly appeared on Irele’s screen and followed the navicomputer after the coordinates have been encoded. The TIE Interceptor zipped past the said colony—which was now literally a ghost town sprawling with Stormtroopers, almost like ghosts. Peeking over her window, she spotted a bleach-white mound pushed to the side along the stone cottages.
Dead Stormtroopers.
“Interesting.” Irele muttered and smirked. Not the least bit fazed of just how possibly deadly her target is.
–
At the end of the Augur Pulverizers, Cal found his way on a dangerously-placed metal balcony and startled two Stormtroopers, sneaking up on them. He stayed there to catch his breath. The roar of a TIE Interceptor’s engine caught his attention and watched the ship dart through the overcast skies like a loosed arrow.
He half-dismissed the feeling he got before the TIE flew out of sight. Irele got a quick glimpse of the other end of the pulverizers, the head full of red hair was such a dead giveaway, he stood out more than the white armor dotting Zeffo’s terrain.
On his right was a plateau where more of them waited for him, but it was his only way to get to the tomb.
Irele circled her way around the mountain. She discovered her destination when she found the monument of a Zeffonian sage standing amongst the jagged pillars of rock. She remained on the high ground, docking her TIE on a plateau that overlooks this region of the planet and sensed Cal coming this way.
Trekking through Zeffo’s steep ridges and cliffsides were both exhilarating and arduous. Fresh air welcomed itself to Cal’s lungs and the wind swept off the auburn locks from his head. He emerged from the mouth of the cave at the far opposite of the grand entrance of the tomb.
Cal scanned the area and saw that the coast was clear
Too clear.
Sitting atop of one of the stone columns dotting the courtyard of the tomb was Irele, leisurely swinging her one leg over the other.
“I’m almost hoping you’re not the guy the Stormtroopers are talking about in their audio logs,”
Her entrance startled Cal, setting him on high alert and had him brandishing his saber on pure instinct. Bemused, Irele smirked while she rested her chin on her palm.
“Well, let’s see if looks really can be deceiving!”
She leaped off of her perch; lightly did her feet touch the ground at her descent. Dust plumed over the tips of her boots, and while bent, she takes her lightsaber off of the clip pf her belt to boast a pair of red blades on both ends.
Cal tried his best to remain calm. His gloves squeaked as he tightened his grip on his own saber. He activated the second frost blue blade, a statement implying that he’s just as capable as she is.
Irele smirked and cooed, “Well now.”
They battled in the second tier landing of the tomb’s courtyard. Dual-ended blades clashing against one another. Red versus blue.
If only Vader could see her now.
Irele’s training did not betray her. Those two years of strenuous training had given her a great amount of stamina, more than enough to last her two duels against a Jedi and still have more to chase them down to finish what she started.
“Come on, redhead! Don’t disappoint me!” she snarled, taunting the boy.
“Don’t worry, you’ll find I’m full of surprises!”
“Oho!” she cackled. Distanced herself for a second’s worth of a breather, she bared her teeth in a wide, mischievous grin. “I do love surprises!”
Cal wasn’t afraid to admit that his opponent was nimbler, more dexterous, and perhaps even stronger. He could feel the hate and anger flowing in her, as if it’s replaced the blood in her veins, though he thinks she’s a fool for weaponizing those emotions—ones that only a Sith would use to their advantage.
He needed to find an opening. This girl was too strong, he thought. He rammed his shoulder to her, causing her to stumble in her footing, and then—within a moment’s opportunity—he recoiled and sprung his hands to his front: sending a wave of the Force to increase the distance away from her. Then he made a run for it—there was an opening at the side of the tomb entrance, and hurriedly squeezed his way through the narrow space between two boulders.
He managed to slither his way out, but Irele caught up to him fast. Shrapnel of stones flew and clattered behind Cal, he looked over his shoulder and saw the girl appearing from the dust cloud, her crimson blades lighting up in the middle of the fog.
“Who are you!?”
No reply from the girl.
She just kept pushing forward. Greedy to land more strikes on the boy and hopefully disarm him.
Ahead of them was another way to the lift that leads to the underground level of the tomb. The only obstacle is that a ring of rocks, spinning around the lift in great speeds, is blocking Cal’s way of ever getting into that ancient elevator.
Desperately, he slows down the movement of the stones circling the lift, and bolted through while it was still safe. Irele was at his tail. They continued their exchange of strikes until either of them could notice that the influence of Cal’s Force Slow was wearing off. He had made his way closer to the lift while they fought, but Irele was too blind to be aware of her surroundings. When the stones were gradually returning to their original speed, Cal mustered up enough energy again to push Irele out of the stones’ orbit with one hand, while the other slowed the stones but they were now at his volition.
“NO!!”
Cal hopped into the lift, his one hand relaxed and the stones were orbiting the golden elevator at cyclonic speeds. As the golden lift sank, with a heavy bell-like clang to signal its descent, so did Irele’s stomach. This is unacceptable, she knew it, she needs to find another way to the tomb and catch up with the Jedi.
Meanwhile, Cal sought refuge and rest in the safety of the golden lift. He caught his breath and shook off whatever tension and adrenaline left from that fight.
“Who was that?” he asked to nobody in particular.
“Bee-woo…” BD-1 chirped.
His comlink beeped, and Cere’s voice popped through the speaker.
“Cal? Have you found the tomb?”
“Yeah, I found it. And I also found someone interesting.”
“Who?”
“She… I don’t know if she’s an Inquisitor. I’m not even sure if she is one. Though I am sure that she’s with the Empire. I saw her TIE Fighter earlier, didn’t expect to bump into her though.”
He recalled quietly what she looked like and what she wore. Normally, Inquisitors donned armor with the Empire’s insignia on it. But Irele was fashioned differently, compared to a completely armored Inquisitor: her outfit consisted of a short-sleeved top that covered her from the neck down, a long skirt complemented by ankle-length boots. The only pieces of “armor” she has are a brown leather surcoat over her top and a belt. In her defense, she preferred less is more.
“Whether or not she’s an Inquisitor, if she’s just as bad as you say she is—then you better keep an eye out. You are definitely not alone out there.” Cere warned with a graveness in her voice.
Summary: you and Din have been together for some time now, and he wants the whole universe to know who his girl is
Warnings: established consensual D/S relationship, collaring, complete and utter disregard for canon (this is probably pre-Child honestly idek)
An anon request from the Prompt List: Would you write some smut with reader wearing a collar, maybe for the first time? (Doesn't even have to be actual smut tbh, just him putting a collar on her is the main thing). Dialogue prompt wise I thought “Absolutely exquisite” would be perfect. And honestly i don't even mind which Pedro character but mayybe din?
Author's Note: Alright fam, I had to do a bit of research myself to write this but I've said it once and I'll say it again, this is a consensual kink friendly blog and I use warnings for a reason - if this isn't your jam, ya don't gotta read it. Din sat in front of the Armorer as she worked, watching as she carefully crafted more Whistling Birds from this past load of beskar he earned. It was a hard quarry but it was worth the prize.
He had been thinking of it for a while now; the way you made him feel proud and strong. The way he made you feel safe and cared for. The only thing he couldn't stand, however, was everyone's eyes falling on you when you went out into markets or taverns. The way eyes that weren’t his would travel along your body and soak in your curves; his curves.
You were faithful to each other and he had no reason not to trust you...it was other people he took issue against. He'd never ask you to stay behind on a mission, you were his trusted co-pilot and quite handy with a blaster, and he respected that you didn't want him to fight alone unless absolutely necessary.
So when he came to the Armorer this time he asked for three things: a new set of Whistling Birds, twelve small beskar beads, and for everything else to sponsor the foundlings. The Armorer regarded him curiously for a few moments but didn't ask any questions, turning to the forge to work. When her task was complete she helped install the new set of Birds before handing him a small bag with the beads. "Thank you," he said tightly, before turning to leave.
When he reached street level he went to a trusted artisan, placing his request. He selected a small, red, Heart of Fire stone and a few chips of chrysopaz and slid the artisan a stack of credits, providing your measurement. As he began to walk back to the ship you caught sight of him and ran to catch up, falling in a quick step next to him, arms laden with supplies and food. He didn't like letting you go alone, but to surprise you, it was necessary.
"Let me help you," he said, taking more than half of the burden from your arms. "Thank you," you said, giving him a sweet smile. "I didn't realize you were close or I would have met you sooner," he said, tilting his helmet towards you. "'S okay, I'm strong," you said, lifting the rest of the bags to prove your point. "I know you are, sweetness," he laughed as you ran ahead of him, "I know."
-
The next morning you were sitting at the small table sipping your morning stim tea when Din hopped down from the cockpit.
"I have to run into town for a quick errand and I'll be back. I won't be gone long if you want to stay and finish your breakfast," he said, noticing your half eaten bread next to your steaming mug of tea that had become tradition before starting any long flight. "Sure Din, thank you," you said, reaching out to squeeze his hand in yours before he made his way out of the Crest.
When Din returned he climbed into the cockpit and started doing his pre-flight checks, with you right beside him. He wanted to wait until he was in hyperspace, where it was quiet and the light streaked above him; your favorite place to be. When he finally made the jump he relaxed and sat back in his chair, swiveling to face you. “Come here sweetness,” he said, patting his thigh. You got up and sat in his lap, sweetly looking into his visor.
“I have something for you, if you’d like it.” You quickly nodded yes, Din was always spoiling you with little trinkets from your adventures with him; how he did, you’d never been able to figure out. What he pulled out from under the dashboard, however, was no little trinket and it took your breath away. “Din, is that-” you breathed gently. “Yes,” he said, running his thumb over the delicate necklace; the collar.
It was woven with a delicate material like black lace, small silver beskar beads and golden chrysopaz evenly spaced throughout the piece with the red Heart of Fire in the middle, the red so dark it looked like it was thrumming with life under the fleeting stars. “It’s beautiful,” you whispered. He gently fastened it behind the back of your neck, beaming under his visor. "Absolutely exquisite. How are you feeling, cyare?”
“Happy,” you said, eyes shining as you lifted your hand to the red stone. “Like the whole universe will know that I’m yours. Safe and protected. Loved infinitely.”
“That’s all I’ve ever wanted for you,” he breathed so quietly that if you hadn’t been resting your head on his helmet, you never would have heard him.
The Anon who just sent me that fic request - I'm thinking about it, turning it around in my head to get a basic setting going. May take me a while to write it tho, because I'm still a bit off with my solo writing. I'm getting back to it, tho, so you're in luck. 😁👍

You were sitting on the living room floor with your Econ book and your notes spread out on the coffee table when Tom came stumbling into the apartment backwards, dragging some girl with him. He had already started unbuttoning her shirt when you cleared your throat to get their attention.
Tom turned around with a phony surprised look on his face. “Hey Y/N, what are you doing here?”
“I live here, Tom.”
“Hilarious as usual. I thought you were going to be out late with your study group.”
“I very distinctly remember telling you this morning that the study group was cancelled and I’d be home tonight.”
“Did you? It must have completely slipped my mind.” He didn’t even do you the courtesy of pretending he wasn’t lying. He knew good and well that you would be home; he just didn’t care. Or worse yet, he wanted you to be home for this.
The girl with him started buttoning her shirt back up, an uncomfortable look on her face. She spoke to Tom in a low voice. “Maybe we should go to my room instead.”
“That won’t be necessary. Y/N doesn’t mind.” Tom glanced at you over his shoulder. “Do you?”
You forced a smile onto your face. “Of course not.”
He turned back to his date. “See love, it’s fine.” He punctuated his statement by pulling her into a long, deep kiss. “Go on back. I’ll be there in a minute.” She let out a squeal as Tom smacked her on the ass and sent her back towards his bedroom.
Tom watched her walk away before turning his attention back to you. “You might want to turn your music up tonight. I think she’s gonna be a loud one.”
“They’re all loud Tom,” you said to his back as he started to walk away. “And so are you.”
Tom’s only response was the slamming of his bedroom door.
You were still sitting in the living room two hours later. You had tried to convince yourself that you were still studying but the truth was you had been shuffling the same papers back and forth for the last forty minutes. No new information was soaking into your brain; you were just trying to prolong the inevitable.
Not for the first time, you regretted choosing the floor plan that put Tom’s bedroom right next to yours, his bed right up against the same wall as yours. Meaning there was no way to avoid every bump, grind and moan that went on in there. The fact that discretion was apparently a foreign concept for him certainly didn’t help matters either.
You hoped that since both you and Tom had classes in the morning, maybe, just maybe, he could make this a short one. One of his classic, wham-bam, shuffle her right out the door, ma’am hit and runs. Not that it would make much difference to him.
Tom was one of those absolutely infuriating people that could stay up all hours of the night partying and fucking and still roll out of bed the next day bright eyed and innocent looking as ever. You on the other hand, would look like a bedraggled forest witch come to steal someone’s firstborn if you didn’t get at least seven hours of sleep.
You knew you were in trouble when you heard Call Out My Name start up for the second time. When Knockin’ Da Boots came on, you finally had to accept defeat. Once Tom switched over to the 90’s sex playlist, it was definitely gonna be an all-nighter.
You tidied up the living room, took a shower and finally, reluctantly, went to bed.
You tried to ignore it; really you did. You couldn’t even say for sure which was worse. The loud music or the giggling and inane dirty talk you could hear in the dead air between the songs– “Oh Tommy, it feels so good”. Oh brother. You’d called him Tommy once and he’d pitched a fit. Apparently, it was anything goes when he was getting his dick wet.
You listened to your own music until your earbuds started to irritate your ears. You tried to create some distance by lying with your head at the foot of your bed. You even pulled the covers up over your face and put a pillow over your head in an attempt to shut everything out; but nothing was working.
When you glanced over at your phone and saw that it was almost one o’clock in the morning and the music was still pouring out of Tom’s room with no seeming end in sight; you’d had enough.
You were loath to do it but at the very least you needed to ask Tom to turn the music down. You had to be up by 8 to make your first class. Then you had to work a short shift at your job in the campus bookstore before taking your Econ exam that afternoon. Tossing and turning all night so your roommate could have a soundtrack to get his freak on, just wasn’t an option.
You swung your feet over the side of the bed and sat there for a moment to gather your nerve. You knew Tom wasn’t going to be happy about being disturbed, but he had left you no choice. You slid on your bedroom slippers and made the short trip from your bedroom to Tom’s.
“No wonder the music was so loud,” you muttered to yourself when you got to Tom’s door and found that it was only partially shut. Your fist was poised to knock when movement through the crack in the door caught your attention. It took a moment for your eyes to adjust to the dim lighting in Tom’s room, but when they did what you saw made your mouth go dry.
Tom’s bare back, glistening with sweat and moving rhythmically as he thrust into the girl he had bent over his dresser. One hand grasping her hip so tightly that even at a distance you could see his fingers sinking into her flesh. His other hand around her throat pulling her head back to him as they exchanged sloppy, wet kisses; grunting and moaning into each other’s mouths. It was an awkward looking position but neither of the involved parties seemed to mind one bit.
“Of course,” you thought, “he’d be the kind of narcissist to fuck in front of a mirror.” There were of course only two logical, morally acceptable choices you could have made in that moment. You could have pressed forward with your plan to knock and beg him to turn his music down. Or you could turn tail go back to your bedroom, pretending you hadn’t seen anything and try once again to tune him out and get whatever rest you could.
Knowing these things, you couldn’t explain what drove you to a third, questionable at best, option. You stayed exactly where you were standing. And you watched.
Your sense of guilt was palpable. You could feel the sheer wrongness of your actions like a weight pressing against your shoulders. No matter how obnoxious and exhibitionist Tom could be when it came to his sex life that didn’t make it okay to invade his privacy that way. And yet, you continued to stand there wide eyed and slack jawed watching something you had no business seeing.
There was no defense for what you were doing but there was an explanation. The one thing that led you to abandon every shred of common sense and decency that you had: pure and simple curiosity.
You’d heard it of course. The begging, the moaning, the gasping, screaming, the unmistakable sound of flesh on flesh.
You’d seen the aftermath. The disheveled clothing, sweat matted hair, ruined makeup.
You’d witnessed the almost puppy like devotion with which some of these women followed Tom around campus none too subtly pleading for the very seldom given, encore performance.
While you would have never admitted such a thing, not even to yourself, you had always been curious as to what exactly he was doing to elicit the sort of responses he got. And now circumstances had presented you with a rare opportunity and front row seat to find out.
Tom whispered in her hear as the tempo of his movements changed. His strokes were slow but hard and deep; methodical and deliberate. The movements of someone that had found that spot inside that made you melt and was determined to hit it every time. You felt a strange prickling sensation in your own spine as she started to whimper and her body went slack.
You were brought out of your thoughts as Tom suddenly stopped moving. His head cocked slightly to the side as though he had heard something. Your heart dropped into your stomach. You wondered if he had heard you or somehow sensed your presence. If he looked up or turned around there was no possible explanation you could give for why you were standing outside his bedroom watching him have sex. He would never, ever let you live down such a thing.
You stood frozen to the spot as you anticipated his next move. Your breathing returned to normal when instead of stopping to confront you or at the very least yelling at you to go away, Tom pushed the girls head down to the dresser and grasped her hips with both hands. The speed and intensity of his thrusts picked up to the point that the mirror began to knock against the wall as his companion desperately grabbed at the edges of the dresser needing something to hold on to, to keep her balance.
You had been brought back to your senses. You scolded yourself internally hardly able to believe what you had just done. You had started to move away when Tom looked up, his eyes locking with yours in the mirror’s reflection. He stared at you for a moment lopsided grin slowing growing on his face. And then, he winked.
You jumped back; flattening yourself to the wall in between Tom’s bedroom and yours. Feelings of panic and shame coursing through your body as you practically ran back to your own room. You closed your door behind you as quietly as you could and jumped back into your own bed wondering what the consequences of your actions might be.
The longer you laid there, however, the more you were able to convince yourself that maybe your eyes had been playing tricks on you. Surely, if Tom had seen you looking through the crack in his door like some sort of pervert, he’d have already been beating your door down by now demanding an explanation.
You willed yourself to forget the incident; assured yourself that such a lapse in judgement would never happen again. You had rolled over onto your side determined to will yourself to sleep when you heard your bedroom door creak open.
“Y/N, are you awake?” Any indignation you might normally have felt about Tom coming into your room uninvited was obviously made null and void by the breach of privacy you had committed against him just moments before.
You squeezed your eyes shut tight and hoped that if you didn’t make a sound and didn’t move, he would just go away.
Instead Tom took your silence as an invitation to come closer. You could smell him as he hovered over you; a mixture of sweat and sex that probably should have been disgusting to you but didn’t even come close.
“Did you need something when you stopped by my room before?” You felt like your heart was in your throat. Tom paused giving you time to answer but you didn’t say a word or stir at all.
“Sorry I couldn’t help you but as you could see I was a bit preoccupied.” He paused again. “So, nothing to say?”
It took every ounce of self-control you had not to flinch as you felt Tom sit down on the edge of your bed. “I’m about 99% sure that you’re not actually asleep.”
You could hear Tom sigh as you continued to feign being asleep. “At any rate, I’ve been a terrible roommate tonight. The music has been way too loud and probably kept you awake and I do apologize for that. I’ll turn it off as soon as I get back over there.”
Tom stood up from your bed but didn’t move away. You could feel the heat from his body as he stood over you. Even with your eyes squeezed shut you could sense him watching you, looking for any sign that you were indeed awake.
“You know what? Maybe I was just seeing things and you weren’t standing in my doorway a little while ago. Either way I just want you to know that if you ever need anything or want anything, I’m always just right next door.” His words were simple enough, but his tone was loaded with innuendo. “Goodnight, Y/N.”
Your eyes snapped open as soon as you felt Tom retreat from your bedside, and you heard your door opening and closing. The tension you felt lingered on as you wondered what the fallout from this situation was going to be.
You dreaded the thought of having to face Tom the next morning.
True to his word, the music cut off soon after Tom left the room. The loud music was soon replaced however by the rhythmic creak of Tom’s mattress springs and the insistent thump of his headboard against your shared wall. Moaning and whining coming through loud and clear as if they were in the room with you.
Despite your best efforts, you could feel your body start to react as the sounds you were hearing paired with the images in your mind from what you had seen earlier. If you were being honest with yourself, you had been turned on since you had taken your first glimpse into Tom’s bedroom.
You gave up and allowed your hand to slip below the waistband of your underwear. You had reached a saturation point for shame and guilt for the night, adding one more offense to the list was hardly going to make a difference.
“At least,” you thought as you began to rub slow circles around your clit, “this should put me to sleep.”

Hey!! Maybe something where Kirk’s confidence is failing him a little, and someone’s there to reassure him he’s doing the right thing/has got this? This is such a sweet idea to write these ficlets for people- thank you for doing this!
The thing about rising to the top so fast was that everyone was waiting for you to fall just as quickly.
Jim had held on to his confidence in his Captaincy like the frayed life line that it was. He took every Admiralty call with a grin, smiling so hard that their cheeks hurt.
“You really doing okay?” Pike asked when Jim was safely in his quarters, pretzeled on his swirly chair, the only concession that he allowed himself. They had semi-regular check-ins. Pike would tell him a hilarious story from his first day of the Captaincy and Jim would pretend not to recognize it as barely disguised but much needed advice.
“I think so.” Jim answered honestly. “For now.’
“Good. Now, a little heads up. Six months in is when they do the Kelvin drills. I can’t tell you when specifically but I know it won’t be long after. Make sure you prepare.”
Jim gripped the edge of the desk to keep from losing his pretzeled balance. “We will, sir.”
“I don’t have to tell you that the scrutiny that they’ll use to judge you on the drills will be more severe than any other Captain in the ‘fleet.”
“No, sir.”
“I also don’t have to tell you that I know you’ll do a damn fine job and make me proud.”
Jim ducked his head. “Thank you, sir.”
Pike grinned. “Now get some rest. You’ve got Alpha shift tomorrow.”
Jim saluted sloppily before signing off, leaning his head back as far as it would go without tipping his chair.
“You okay, Jim?”
From his upside down position Jim could see Bones folding his Command tunic and sliding on his favorite tee for bed.
“Hey, didn’t see you come in.” He twirled around and hopped out of the chair, falling into Bones the way he should be falling into bed.
Bones didn’t roll his eyes or push him away but caught him and held tight. “Seriously. You alright?”
Jim could tell from the slight drawl that escaped Bones that he was tired. An away mission and a week of a hectic shift schedule meant they both were hurting for sleep. Jim didn’t need to add to the stress.
“Was that Pike?” Bones ran his hands under Jim’s tunic, palms firm and comfortable against his back.
“It was. Admiralty drills could be next month. I could fuck this up so bad they might not even let me go back to the Academy.”
“Bullshit.”
Jim huffed. “Bones, you know the Captaincy was more a symbolic thing.”
“If you believe that Jim Kirk, we need to have a neurological consult.”
“I keep waiting to make a mistake. One misstep. I mean, we almost lost two ensigns on the last away mission and that’s on me.”
Bones’s hands left Jim’s back and gripped his arms, squeezed reassuringly. “Darlin’ you are the most capable man I know. Most frustrating too, if I’m being honest.”
Jim rolled his eyes and Bones raised his eyebrows until Jim would make eye-contact.
“You got this. We trust you--the crew trusts you. And that doesn’t happen with every Captain. Not this quickly. You’re young sure. But you’re capable, stubborn and so fucking smart that the Admiralty should be grateful that you’re not coming for their jobs yet.”
“Now you’re being ridiculous.”
“I’m just telling the truth. You’ll ace this drill. And you’ll do what you’ve always done. Prove the bastards wrong.”
Bones kissed his forehead and then tucked Jim’s head under his chin until they were bent together and gooseflesh danced its way up Jim’s arms at the thrill of being with Bones, of having someone who understood him and knew what to say and what he needed.
“Thank you.” He said after a moment and let himself believe that the Kelvin drill and whatever else the Admiralty could throw at him, would be just fine as long as he had Bones to believe in him. And then maybe he could believe in himself.
Custer slowly paced toward the area that many of the trans exhibits would hold their meetings--he felt nothing but anxiety. Custer took a deep breath, nearly whispering, "Hey guys."
None of them seemed to hear him.
Custer raised his voice slightly. He then cleared his throat.
That got Al's attention. "What can we do for ya, Cus?" Al asked.
Al gave everyone nicknames.
"Well I-"
Now, Octavius, Joey, Nick, Attila, Rebecca, Kah, Ahk, Don, and Amelia had noticed him.
"Hey, Lar…," Don mumbled softly nudging his husband to get his attention.
Larry then noticed Custer and gazed at him expectantly. "Oh hey, Custer. What can we do for you?" The night guard had a smile plastered across his face.
Custer took a deep breath, thinking, come on. You can do this. "I was wonderin' if I could join you guys…"
Ahk gave him a confused look of, 'what? No! This is only for people that are trans-'.
Custer gulped as he continued. "Well…you see…-" It was so hard to for him to say it. "I'm actually...t-trans t-too." It seemed as though he stuttered the last part.
Everyone smiled slightly.
"Well of course, you can join us!" Amelia said, freeing a space for Custer.
