Hey! I’m super confused abt my gender rn. So I recently came across the term non-binary and sometimes I feel like it fits, but most of the time I feel like my agab. I never feel male (I’m afab), but as I said before, sometimes I feel more comfortable ID’ing as non-binary than a woman? Am I genderfluid? Non binary? Overthinking/faking? Idk please help thanks

Don’t stress about it! It’s totally normal to question these things it’s all part of self discovery and it doesn’t mean you’re faking at all.

If non binary feels comfortable for you then thats what you are. The gender binary is a spectrum, so to be non binary you don’t have to feel part male and part female you can feel anywhere in between.

If you mostly feel like your agab which is female you could be demigirl or just simply non binary or genderqueer. If you don’t fully identify as the gender you were born as that’s enough to identify as non binary.

Remember that labels are for you and not for other people.

Hi thurr! I believe patience you must have! Lol but that sounds much of a cliché, ikr! Otherwise you may first try to work and establish a good & unique url that would perfectly suit your blogstyle along with a pleasing theme.

Join #promos & #networks - generally being in a network might increase the visibility of your blog and hopefully the number of followers. Also, the idea is that it can help you find blogs similar to yours, mingle and make friends!

Keep your blog active and follow this helpful tips and/or know more about qplus here (aka tumblr holy grail)

You can as well post original content or upload pictures from different public sources unless otherwise do not claim to own exclusive rights on published images that does not belong to you and give proper credits. Hence you might wanna try flickr and here’s how.

Hey, so I need some advice. I’m still sort of questioning my gender identity and I’m not out to anyone, but I do know that sometimes I feel a little dysphoric. My mom (she means well) keeps asking me about my insecurities abt my body and asks what she can do to help me. I don’t want to tell her about my dysphoria, so what should I do to sort of placate her?

I don’t know if you’re ready yet or it’s even something you want to do, but maybe she’s understanding enough that you could explain to her how you’re really feeling without mentioning the questioning your gender part.

I’m not exactly sure of a way that could put her off that wouldn’t make her less concerned, because no caring parent wants to ignore their child’s struggles like that.

Is it possible that you can see a therapist to help with your struggles? But maybe tell your mom it’s for body dysmorphia rather than dysphoria.

I can offer some advice on how to deal with the dysphasia itself, but how to get your mom to lay off without causing her growing concern would be kind of difficult.

Hey, I’m non-binary have a question abt names. So I really want to start going by my more gender-neutral middle name, but I feel super attached to my first name, the name I’ve always gone by. When I imagine being addressed by my middle name by close friends or family, it feels weird. But like I still want to go by it. I just wish I had always gone by my middle name. Is this normal? Thanks

Of course it’s normal, it’s a name you’ve gone by your whole life so it’s only expected to be attached to it.

Remember that names don’t really have a gender and that it’s more of a societal thing, so don’t feel like you have to go by your middle name just because you feel like it’s more neutral.

There are guys called Ashley and August which we would typically associate as more feminine, and girls called James and Ryan which are typically more masculine. You don’t have to change yours just because it may not be neutral.

So if you really are attached to your first name then maybe you should keep it! But if not, don’t sweat it. Your first name can always be part of you if you want it to be. Maybe you could get a pendant with your first name on it or a tattoo or any other accessory as a reminder that it’s always part of you, and still go by your chosen name.

How do you deal with the shame of liking the opposite sex, even when you know you're still a bi/pan person.

This is a tough one. Liking the opposite sex when being bi or pan doesn’t make you any less bi or pan. Bisexual or pansexual people in “hetero” relationships are still very much bisexual or pansexual.

If it’s because of what other people may think that you’re “faking it” or something on those lines I would ignore them. I think the best way to accept it is try not to stress yourself. You’re not any less of a label just because of what others may think or perceive of you.

As for the shame part. There’s nothing to be ashamed about liking the opposite sex, bi/pansexuality is your identity, and liking the opposite sex is part of bi/pansexuality- no matter how frequent or infrequent.

I gotta say, to fall in love with a toxic person in which she emotionaly manipulate me. It feels good to know that I can see my flaws and move on, and to those that have feelings for a toxic person or a in a relationship with one. Your health and mental state of mind is so much important. Do not let a toxic person dictate a person emotions. Leave em and surround yourself with postive people that cares for you.
