Most responsible? HA! Now that’s a compliment if I’ve ever heard one.

It’s no different from being a captain from my former days, responsibility is in the list for both. I would say even more so for my restaurant, since I’m handling much more stock for my customers.

It’s nothing admirable, you’d be grumpy too if you had to manage these numbskulls everyday.
