You made it. You fucking made it. 12 months . I told you it was going to be worth it- how does it feel? How does it feel to know that you really are strong enough to make it through? I bet it feels really great. I told you you're strong enough! I knew you could do it akhdkahxkalxjskz I'm so happy for you! Keep going, maybe another 12 months feels never ending and long, but think about all the GOOD things that have happened this year! Think of it happening all over again, it sounds fun right? How to be happy: Reflection

Sometimes you just need to reflect on everything you've done-really just spending a few minutes as much as possible, just thinking about your day or week or month, or even year- is vital. Sometimes, just accepting that you can be wrong at times and accepting your mistakes, knowing what you did wrong and what to do in the future is something that you need to be able to have. Or the complete opposite, praising yourself for what you did right and letting yourself know how proud you are of yourself; is also something you need to do. Reflection is so important so make sure you make time in your lives to do it.
