The siblings looked down at Frisk as they rested on their bed. They snoozed peacefully, body immobile, as they had been for a couple hours by now.
"Flowey is being suspicious about all this," Chara said.
"He really is. He won't tell anyone about what happened, not even to Floreska."
Chara looked at her sibling. It felt strange to be looking at Asriel after she turned female. It was almost like she was looking at Driela instead of her sibling---even sounded like her too. But eventually, Chara will find as though nothing had really changed. It was still her sibling.
“Do you think... I should’ve been the one Flowey struck?" she asked.
Asriela looked at her, and immediately answered, "No." She shook her head, seeming to change her mind. "I don't think any of you should've gotten hurt. If anything, you two shouldn't have said a word and let me deal with Flowey."
"He would've killed you."
"He wouldn't have. He couldn't even if he wanted to. I'm confident I'd survive that blow."
Chara sighed. She placed a hand on Frisk's scarred shoulder. There was an odd pulse on it, but it could've just been Frisk's heartbeat. "It would have been better if no one got hurt."
Asriela frowned. He looked down at Frisk. He placed a hand on Chara's shoulder, and she could feel a cool sensation enter her body. It ran down her arm and left through her fingers and possibly into Frisk's shoulder. Whatever this soothing magic was, she hoped that it would cure Frisk of their affliction.
