i was trying to work on a TLM AU fic, cuz Rupert gives me a lot of Ariel vibes ( esp with the whole 'parent being overprotective and kinda sorta mayhaps manipulative' thing ), but i eventually got super distracted and lost interest.
but.
i am gonna relisten to the podcast again, at some point, so i may get back to it.
the AU is a mix of the original and live action movie, 'cause i love the whimsy, friendships, and character of the original, but the chemistry and added lore to ariel & eric of the live action, so i wanna try capturing my favorite elements of both into the AU.
and i do wanna draw it.
like, a lot.
