Guess who didn't even make it out of the first nautiloid chamber yesterday x)

First I spent an inordinate amount of time in CC, jumping back and forth between saves, because I hadn't noted down Xan's parameters and I refused to have an inaccurately looking Dream Guardian.

Then I promised myself I'd just roll with the default starting equipment, only to immediately break that promise. I regret nothing, though, I doubt illithids were kind enough to tell Yae in Gandalf style to pack his things because he's going on an adventure. (Yae would remember to take his handkerchief, by the way.) And no, Yae doesn't wear padded armour on his jogs to grocery store. Seeing him in something he would more plausibly wear at the time made me happy. As for the knife, I imagine he picked it up somewhere on the nautiloid.

And THEN I saw this beautifully illuminated spot right next to the restoration device, and I knew I was done for.

Today, instead of launching BG3, I spent time editing the pics.

Thankfully, there's no wrong way to play games, hah.
