#TBT Walter does New York
This is my last stop, New York, definitely one of my favorite places in the world. I have been here so many times in the past that I just went to my favorite spots. Plus, since it was such a short visit I had to make the time count. First, I had to check out the Guggenheim, the MOMA and the AMNH.
I didn’t have enough time to go to many restaurants, but I regret not taking a photo of the classic hot dog from the street vendors after the walk around the Central Park. Is just so relaxing to sit there and what everyone taking a break from their busy city lifestyle.
I didn’t ride the ferry and decided also not to go to Statue of Liberty, instead I decided to go for a walk down the Brooklyn Bridge. I if you have come to Manhattan and haven’t walked the bridge, you have to get to it next time. The photos and views from the city are great! But prepare yourself to be among lots of tourists. There’s nothing wrong with that… just get out of my way! Haha. Bring some patience with you.
I didn’t go for the walk just for the views and the views… Every time I come to New York I have to come to Grimaldi’s, this pizzeria opened in 1990, if you are traveling solo prepare yourself to eat the whole pie!
