#Repost @kyivindependent_official with @use.repost . . . Russian troops attacked a residential neighborhood in Kharkiv on March 27, killing one civilian man and injuring at least 18 other people, including four children, Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor’s Office reported.
The Shevchenkivskyi district of the city came under two Russian strikes, Kharkiv Oblast Governor Oleh Syniehubov said. For the first time, Kharkiv was attacked with a large-caliber guided munition, according to preliminary data, published by the governor.
Two five-story and four-story residential buildings, as well as three cars, were damaged, State Emergency Service said. The Institute of Emergency Surgery was damaged too, Terekhov reported.
Children aged between three months and 13 years are among the wounded, Syniehubov said.
