I was very saddened early this morning at around 7am to learn of the passing of Victor Odhiambo aka "Salaiva~VIC", best know for hosting shows on 91.5 HITS radio station among others. I remember him having a very good sense of humour, caring for others,always being in a good mood most the time anyway, he was always ready to help me out when I worked with him, & when I needed help learning my way around the OneFM station he never flinched just got up & showed me the way. In fact this year we had been playing around with the idea of doing something together if possible & he also helped me into possibly of getting back on the radio front which now I feel I owe it to him to do my very best when it finally goes down in his honour. Salaiva ~VIC was also a party animal why lie, dude loved to tear the roof up a good one & many a time he was the life of the party & was a joy to be around while doing so. He shall be surely missed, may he rest in peace & may the almighty Jehovah Elohim have mercy on he's soul. He & his family shall definitely be in my prayers, my sincere condolences to the Odhiambo family for their loss. #AnotherKenyanEntertainerGoneTooSoon.
