Today, I returned to the studio where I was introduced to yoga - a small wood-floored room, on the west side of town, across the alley from a sweet pub with good trad music. The studio has changed ownership since I practiced there in 2008, but it still looked and smelled so familiar. What a trip it's been to walk these familiar streets and explore my old haunts.
