I feel like this episode started out fairly good and slowly went down hill from there. I enjoyed the moment when Regina promised Emma she would figure out how to get Merlin out of the tree and Charming teaching Regina to dance was beyond cute! But then Robin hood needing to be saved again... uggg. It was just so boring and predictable. And really Regina giving her life for him!! What about Henry. What about helping Emma! It used to be all about Henry for Regina and I respected that but now she just seems so different. I felt like there were way too many kisses between her and Robin this episode but on the positive side ( I don’t know if I was projecting or what) she didn't seem really into them.

Emma seemed super sad and dark this episode. I actually liked how Hook didn't give in when Emma tempted him and yup true love’s kiss didn't work again. Big surprise there.

Stupid ending though with the narrative showing everyone’s faces at the diner and labeling the charmings and Henry as Emma’s family, Regina as her friend and Hook as her lover. It’s little things like this that make me lose hope. I try to focus on the positive stuff but negative things just pop out so easily and OUAT just really isn’t as good as it was in the first two seasons. I think if I hadn't become so invested in Swan Queen I would have moved on by now.  But if Swan Queen happens will the writers even be able to write it decently?

Just my fears.
