Probably the most important thing I’ve learned is that if I don’t make the time to do the writing, the writing won’t get done.

“Are you really going to walk away?!” She stopped walking but didn’t turn to face him. “Is that what you’re going to do from now on?’ You walked away from him!” She turned to him, tears rolling down her face. “I know what I did! I know that it’s my fault!” He took he step closer to her but she rose her hand and shook her head. “No. Don’t come any closer. If you truly believe that, why would you want to be next to me? Don’t you resent me?” He didn’t answer, she smiled, shook her head and left. . . . . #selfie #readingtime #upcomingstory #anwriting #writersofinstagram #writerscommunity #writingcommunity #newstory #bookstagram https://www.instagram.com/p/COAz3NPLSiM/?utm_medium=tumblr
I want to write something that will follow people for the rest of their lives -- not in a bad way, but in a good way. even if they don't remember my name or the title, i want them to be able to recall it and think, "yes i remember that", at least fondly.
The people must know: how do you prefer to start writing projects? Are the research, outline, make character sheets, make pinterest moodboards, and then start type of writer or do you just go in guns blazing?
thank you so much for reaching out to ask this, buddy :’)
Honestly, for me, it depends on the prompt. Sometimes, I just have a ~vision~ and go for it - just start writing until I’m happy with what I make. Sometimes, I’ll only know one scene or one aspect I’ll want to include and will write that first, putting everything together after.
I try my best to use this “I’ll write what I feel motivated to write and I’ll piece it together later” writing tactic when writing for my blog here as I find that it makes it not only faster, but more fun. I find it helps with inspiration for scenes I don’t know what I want to do with yet :)
I hope this is able to help!! And I hope this was a little interesting for you ❤️
She could not bear to leave him. How could she? He was the only man she’s ever known. She spent endless nights watching him sleep, each breath growing shorter than the last. She cooked faithfully, mixing in her love and eternal poisons to sweeten their devotion. She cleaned their clothes for their final super as earthly lovers. For if they were meant to share this life together, why would death be any different? They would be free to dance alone without any fair beauties threatening to cut in. So she would cut them out from the world and those greedy enough to take it from her.
Sitting down to start writing some Cristmas stories today! 🎁 🎄

I was tagged by @shaping-infinity. Sank you, Max! Sorry it took me so long, I didn’t get the chance to write anything until today!
Here will have some Elise training! Or about to train.
‘Make Peppermint appear in the other spheres!’
Elise frowned. She did not expect this kind of training.
‘Illusion work?’ she asked slightly disappointed. ‘I thought we were gonna start with the usual!’
Vincent pressed his lips. She hadn’t practiced. A displeased sigh left his lips. On the screen of his phone - fully charged this time - Takeru’s confirmation text was still visible.
