i love how one stormy night and ringing bell are so similar in the way that they’re both anime movies about the relationship between a caprine (goat/sheep) and a wolf, which is an adaptation of a children’s book (series, in the case of one stormy night) but at the same time they are on ENTIRELY opposite sides of the spectrum

if i had a nickel for everytime a japanese children's book about a wolf and a caprine with very complicated and kinda dark relationships got adapted into obscure but very good animated movies id have two nickels but its weird that its happened twice.
