Ohhhh my my my my. The last two weeks since Garage Swim was  released were shit, hectic, crazy and every other word for "absolute rubbish". Besides me being terribly ill, there were a few positives in there...like finding out about Indiana's Apache Dropout. 'Constant Plaything' has become the saving grace of my utter turmoil. It is way too much fun and makes me miss summer weather in Canada (wtf is this, Manchester?) Thank God for the addicting riffage of surf rock to transport me home to psychedelic dazed backyard parties. And no, we weren't all on drugs. It means things like jumping into swimming pools drunk and accompanied by your two best friends with Arabia Mountain by Black Lips blasting through the speakers (I'm looking at YOU, Heavy Metal Palace). Oh summer. You scoundrel. Maybe we'll see each other again soon? Until now, I live through you in your music. Turn it up kids. Here's my new favourite jam 'Constant Plaything' by Apache Dropout.
