i'm seriously sick of apples. some friend of my boss lady gave her a shit ton of apples; really if i were to guess i think at least 100kg. it's four really big bins. i mean one of those big bins would have been enough. they are good apples, i admit that. their taste is very good. but god damn she should have made cider from them. now every night i'm working i'm trying to make something with them... so usually i make some form of apple sauce. today i also precut some for a cake. i'm not allowed to make apple jam 😂😂😂 (the jelly kind from juice you know). even though it would be way easier to get rid of a big part of the apples this way... but she thinks it's cheaper to buy the jam. i disagree but whatever. i dream about apples by the way and i'm in desperate need of a manicure. my hands have a orange-brown tint.
