Went to a stupendously awesome session last night at/not at the Apple Store on Regent Street. As part of the Big Draw Festival, a cohort of lovely Apple Store employees herded a group of us down to the Royal Academy where wandered through the public spaces back into the studios where art-making magic has happened for 250 years. And as much work as I’ve made on the ipad, this was the first time I felt I got a proper entry into life drawing on it. Absolutely loved it: it was the quintessence of Steve Jobs assertion that Apple exists at the intersection of technology and the humanities.
