You know, every day in the big city always brings something interesting to the table. Today was no exception -- he'd seen a girl with a pigeon in her tote-bag on the train, he'd seen someone be chased by a rat with a bag of crisps in it's mouth, and more -- but perhaps the most interesting thing about today would probably be what's to come!
Sitting outside a restaurant alone, he'd settled into his daily dose of people watching; eavesdropping on conversations where he could, even muttering some commentary to himself when he sees some guy try to ham up his try-hardy romance WAY too much. But, he doesn't really focus on that for long -- what catches his attention is a young man who looks a bit worse for wear. By the way he's breathing, he's probably been running for a little while -- and he sure does look exhausted. Wonder what's up with that?
Joseph sincerely doubts that he's a thief, because if he was, he'd be sure that cops would follow. This guy looks way too young to be a father, but he's got that same worried vibe as someone who's lost their kid or something, if his expression's anything to go by. And with the way he's frantically calling out a name, one that he can't quite make out from here -- maybe he lost someone else? Or something? .... .... Joseph knows he should probably stay out of this, but ...
He can never resist poking his nose where it probably shouldn't though, so of course the Joestar's gonna try and see if he can help at all. Curiosity piqued, he sets his cup down and approaches the guy. Hands in his pockets, he looms over Apollo, glancing down at him curiously -- lips pursed, brows furrowed, and a hand reaching out to pat his shoulder.
❝Oi, you there!❞ he pushes against Apollo's shoulder, tangibly shaking him a little. ❝Everything alright? You look awful, like you ran a marathon or something!❞
