AQUAPHOBIE : Peut-on en triompher SANS chercher à VAINCRE la peur ? (en 4 étapes)
Aquaphobie et Peur de l'eau : Je réponds à vos questions...
Experience or bad joke, to see.
✎ ………..
Expérience ou mauvaise blague, à voir.
To be afraid, it is by levels, sometimes it is nothing and in other cases it is a nothing that triggers everything.

☁ - For a nightmare involving Laelan.
Too much pressure.
The water felt far thicker than it should, like she was swimming in peanut butter. She just couldn’t move, couldn’t reach the night elf in the gleaming bubble.
Too dark.
The water was tinged red with blood. The shadows of bodies hung in grotesque positions, like ornaments on a Winter Veil tree. Armies of naga slithering through the waves obscured what little light filtered down.
Too cold.
Her fingers were numb. She couldn’t really feel her kicking feet. It was getting harder and harder to fight the urge to just sink to the cool, muddy floor and curl into a ball. The unheard shouting from the bubble kept her moving.
POP.
The dark, freezing water poured into the bubble, Laelan’s wide eyes unseeing and open mouth silent as it filled.
Nore screamed, water rushing to fill her lungs. As the abyss swallowed her, she heard the echo of a little girl’s voice asking “where’s Mommy?”
